We really wanted to like this small company, but it turned out to be a horrible experience due to extremely poor communication skills and lack of attention to detail. I could rattle off dozens of reasons why this father/son team doesn't deserve your business, but in a nutshell, when given the opportunity to do the right thing--and pay for the flooring they damaged--they chose to do the wrong thing. An example of how they operate: send us a final bill on a Sunday night and show up at our doorstep early the next morning demanding payment. We hadn't even checked our email to review the final bill yet. When we brought up the damaged floors, they refused to take that amount off the bill and told us they'd put a lien on our house if we didn't pay by Friday. If you want clear and polite communication and a company that involves you in decisions about your project, please choose another company.

When very well, on time and fixed old drainage problems. Cleaned up mess from project nicely.

The project went well and looks great, very happy with the quality of the work. The responsiveness to inquires for additional projects could be better. Overall, very happy with how the project turned out.

Excellent! The contractor's subs were courteous, professional and tidy. I have never wanted to stay home as much as I do now! It's like being on a continuous vacation.
