Went great. Joe was outstanding. I would definitely call drain busters for future drain problems.

Everything went great I call Drain Busters every year for pipe cleaning.

I called the company, was able to schedule the sevice on time. When the employee came, he said he will charge more if using longer tool to unclog the toilet, extra more if removing/reseting the toilet. I asked why he did not use chemical power as I saw other plumbers did. I told him that he did not need to remove and reset the toilet since I am going to buy a new one anyway. He looked upset and said that I did not need to tell him how to do his job. I tried to explain to him that there might be misunderstanding. He packed his tool, told me that I did not need to call his company because he is the only boss and only employee and that the only person who will answer the phone will be his wife. He left. I called DRAIN BUSTERS, indeed his wife answered the phone. I told her the story - I never seen some thing like this before and will never use this company's service.

Called Drain Busters on Wednesday and agreed on a Friday afternoon appointment between 4p and 5p due to my schedule conflicts. Joe called within that window while he was en route to advise me of location, traffic conditions, and expected arrival time. Once he arrived it was apparent why he comes so highly recommended. He was pleasant to deal with, courteous, and efficient. It was just like having a brother-in-law or neighbor coming over to help. He even wiped down some minor splatter on the washing machine when he was done. The quoted price was exactly what he charged... and he cleared two lines for me. He even threw in a tutorial on what he was doing, provided some pointers onto what parts I should buy, and put up with all my questions!

Joe from Drainbusters arrived at the set time and set straight to work. Another company had fixed the drain a few years back but they had been pushy about selling other products and services. Not so from Joe. He got the drain working within 15 minutes and showed me the part on the drain that was causing some of the problem and what we could do to keep it working smoothly. No extra sales pitch.

Prompt, cordial, efficient, affordable...very positive experience. Happy with their "flat rate" charge for specific problem vs. being charged by the hour.

When I noticed my sewer was on the verge of overflowing (water starting to pool), I called Drainbusters, which I had used about 2 years before, with great satisfaction. I received a phone call back that same day & was able to get an appt. for the next afternoon. Joe came at the arranged time & cleaned out my main sewer line, which always attracts roots from a huge Spruce tree nearby. He had to spend some time doing it because of the overgrowth. I am extremely pleased with his service. He is skilled, careful, & personable. He also provided helpful information about securing a replacement clean-out cap, since mine is 100 years old & tired, (no longer stays put, & the sewer system in my neighborhood is soon to be smoke- tested by the city, & I would like to avoid leakage of smoke into my home.)

The day I called, I was given a time from 1-2pm the following day. George called me on the 16th about a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at 1:15. He brought in his equipment and had the drain working again in about 15 minutes. Its been 2 weeks now and the drain is still working wonderfully!

He was pretty awesome. He suggested an easy fix and he also suggested a long term fix. He was really reasonable and helpful. There was a clean up for the sewer main and I had two and one had fallen in. He gave me a lot of options.

Our basement laundry room drain backed up and spread foul-smelling water all over the floor. After several attempts to unclog the drain, we called Drain Busters at about 9:30 on a Sunday night. Drain Busters came out and fixed in just over an hour. Very helpful and definitely worth the money!

Joe was on time and polite. He drained the main sewer line. I have used Drain Busters since 1999. They explain when the next time the line should be drained. I had not had my drained cleaned for about 2 years. So it was time. I am happy.

Joe Whitters provided the kind of service that I rarely see. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and completed the work efficiently and expertly. One drain was unusual (I live in an older home that has been renovated) and posed a challenge, but Joe didn't hesitate to tackle that job and successfully unclogged it. While Joe was at my home I asked him if he would take a look at a couple other drains in my home. I told him that if he wanted to schedule a different appointment to tackle those drains, that would be fine. He quickly and graciously said that he would clear those additional drains the same day. I have to say that I have had Roto-rooter and other drain-cleaning businesses to my home in the past and they always made a big production out of clearing my drain along with trying to sell me additional services and chemicals. Joe cleared the my drains VERY quickly with just a simple piece of equipment. There was no big production and no "hard sell". What a pleasant surprise! I will definitely call Joe again should I need his expertise in the future and have already recommended him to friends.

Called on Monday . . . was scheduled next day for 11:00 am appointment. Arrived on time . . . completed work quickly . . . described equipment and what was happening. Was very professional. Very happy with experience.

The floor sewer drain was backing up and water was going into other rooms in the basement. I have used this company for many years. Joe came out right away to clear the drain. This drain has a lot of grease and sludge buildup and Joe said it was pretty hard to get it cleared but it should be all set. Over the next few days I thought it was working but after doing some laundry, I checked the drain and it was backing up again. I called Joe and he came out right away. He ran it twice and said it was definitely clear now. He did not charge me for the additional cleaning! It has run great since then.

Have used this company for years and will continue to do so. Always responsive, always professional. Our call to set up an appointment was responded to the same day and they were able to come within a week. Are very friendly and very respectful of the home.

I called on a Friday and Joe was able to come out on Monday. service was prompt, professional,thorough and neat.

Joe is the best. Fast, reasonable cost, nice guy, effective. Third time I have used him.

On August 7th, I paid 450.00 to Roto-Rooter to unplug my floor drain, and got a 6 month guarantee. On August 25, water is bubbling out of my floor drain again, and Roto-Rooter comes, pulls out big roots, and recommends a camera scope of pipes. Just so happens the camera guy is in the neighborhood, and for $150 tells me the drain is plugged at 60 feet from the house. We walk outside, and camera man has a magnetic wand, and points to a spot in the middle of the road, where he has to dig. He called the city and told me the permit alone was 2500.00, and the total job will be over 9,000.00 and that he has a crew ready to start.He tells me I can't use the water or toilets until he fixes the problem. I hesitated, and went in the house called the city and found out the permit was 60.00, and that 60 feet from my house would be beyond a curb and not where the man said. I CALLED DRAINBUSTERS FROM ANGIES LIST, and spoke to Joe, who told me he had heard similar stories, and that he'd be right out to my house. I told Roto-Rooter to forget it, and Joe was at my house within an hour, and snaked my drain. I watched Joe with his equipment, and he went right threw the roots in twenty minutes. He turned on the water and I could hear the water flowing out. Joe saved me big money. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, experience and fair price. It's 10.29.10 and my drain is still flowing great. I"m going to have Joe out every six months for simple maintenance and he charges 75.00 a trip. Thanks Joe for being there when I called and coming right out. Roto-rooter refunded me 105.00 on my service call.

It went well. He did a great job, well worth the money and will definately hire again, hopefully my drain wont back up again though!

Good work, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. What I liked most was that they guarantee their work for 6 months. If I have a problem with it withing 6mos, they will come back and fix it for free. I had this same drain worked on just 6 weeks ago by another company, cost more and no guarantee.

Joe was awesome. After a horrible experience with another drain cleaning service, Joe came through. He was flexible in his timing and didn't require a 2 hour window. His friendly, CLEAN, quick service surely will result in recommendations from me.

He was really good. He was very quick and clean. It was excellent. He was reasonably priced as well. He was very knowledgeable and gave great ideas of things we could do to prevent this type of clog.
