Called to have laundry room drain looked at, it ended up being the main drain which most places were quoting me $200-300 to do and Joe beat that price by a long shot, had another issue after cleaning out the main drain and he came out again fixed that issue at no additional charge, very prompt, very professional and not out to rake a person through the coals. Strongly recommend to everyone!

We had trouble actually finding a service that could come within a reasonable time to solve our problem. We saw Drain Busters (listed on Angies list) and noticed one negative review. We're glad we didn't pay attention that review. Our experience was so positive in contrast. We waited a day to get this service, but that wasn't a problem. What we didn't know was how severe our problem was. It's better to get the job done right than always have it done in a rushed way.

Went very well. He took his time and explained the process and answered all questions. Took less than an hour and he did a good job. Wasn't much of a mess, but made sure everything was cleaned before he left. Glad I got it done.

I was referred to this company. I called Saturday and left a message about cleaning a drain. I didn't get a call back on Monday, so Tuesday I called again. We set up an appointment for today, Wednesday 11/14 between 4:30-5. I call him at 5:20 asking if they are still coming. He said they were here and couldn't get an answer at the back porch door which was locked. My wife was working at home and they could see lights on. He took down my phone number one digit off, so I didn't get any calls. They don't ring or knock on the front door. My wife can hear when the cat scratches at the back door. To top it all off, he yells at me to call someone else and hangs up.

This guy was great! As long as he's around, I'll never call anyone else for a plugged drain. He didn't do work that wasn't needed. He explained to me what he was doing and why and advised me about what to do with different drains to avoid future problems. Rates were very reasonable. Service was perfect.

After reviewing several business on Angie's List, I chose Drain Busters and that was the correct choice. The appointment was scheduled according to my calendar and all of my questions were adequately answered when making the appointment. Joe showed up at the appointed time and inquired about the problems. In this case, I was most concerned about the main sewer line since this home is about 85 years old and the sewer line is still the original. The last cleaning was approximately 25 years ago. Joe answered all my questions before beginning his work indicating to me that he is very knowledgeable. No problems were encountered. The second of three problems was cleaning the main bathroom drain system. No problems were encountered there. The third area was the kitchen drain system. After pretesting, Joe informed me that although he could clean the line, he recommended not doing so as it would not improve the system and that it would be a waste of my money to do so. Joe's first priority is customer satisfaction. I was present at each site that Joe worked on. He not only did an excellent and careful job, he also applies a 6 month warranty at no cost. He is knowledgeable and personable. The price in my opinion was reasonable. The cleanup was excellent - no visible sign of any work being performed. I would definitely recommend this company. This is a small family business which I favor doing business with.

I was pleased that Drain Busters was willing to schedule the appointment in the early evening so I wouldn't need to leave work early. I really appreciated that! Joe was quite prompt, friendly, and got right to work. He unclogged the shower drain first and then showed me the results to make sure I was satisfied. Next, he worked on a bathroom sink. He was concerned about the older pipes, but managed to take care of the problem without damaging them. That was all the work that was scheduled. However, a different bathroom sink had just started acting up and I mentioned it to Joe. He was more than willing to take a look at it and got it working better, as well. He didn't even charge me for it since it didn't require use of the snake. Before leaving, he let me know that his work was guaranteed for six months. He also deducted the $10 coupon I had for being an Angie's List member. I will definitely use Drain Busters again!

Joe was called on a Fri. after we noticed a puddle on our basement floor. He came on Tue., would have come sooner but we were away. He establishes his fees up front though in the end we were charged less since he didn't have to use any tools to clear the sink so didn't charge us anything. We omly paid for the floor drain. The time was set for between 2-3 and he was here right at 2. He worked promptly and efficiently. All in all this was a very good experience. Joe acted very professionally and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Workman and his assistant arrived within the time expected, we talked over the job and he explained to me everything he was doing along the way. After the floor drain was done he had extra time and for a small amount more we decided to do the main drain clean out. He worked on that once again explaining the process to me. He and his assistant cleaned up after themselves, left some recommendations with me and went on to their next job. I was very pleased with their courtesy, professionalism and the price I was charged.

They were fast, professional, explained things to me clearly, and also provided a 6 month warranty on their service. I'd definitely use them again.

Everything went perfectly - They were great! They knew exactly what to do & didn't take forever fixing it. They were also very nice.

Back in January our sewer backed up. We had another company out to do the work. They told us we would need to have the drain scoped and likely even dug up! I wanted to be selective in choosing the company that would perform the job. I contacted Joe from Drain Busters and explained that although the drain was currently not backed up we needed to have a camera run down the line and that it could be in need of some major work. What Joe proposed is that he start the job as a "second opinion." He quoted me a price of $80. He said he would come out and re-clean the drain. If at that time he saw anything that indicated we needed to run a camera through the line we could proceed. Joe arrived at on time. He was courteous and professional. After completing his inspection he explained that the drain looked fine, that he would run a camera down the system if I really wanted him too, but that he felt it would be a waist of my money. He indicated that because of the ago of the home and mature tress around it we would be wise to have the drain cleaned in a year. If at that time no roots are found his recommendation was to then have the drain checked in two years.I felt like he could have really taken us for a ride on this and he didn't. We will be having Drain Busters back next year!

The quote over the phone was the price I paid. Joe showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and provided some exellent advice.

I have used roto rooter in the past in other cities and I would highly recommend switching to Drain Busters. I could have had a better experience, especially since I was dealing with such an unpleasant situation [clogged main drain], that what I received from the good people at Drain Busters!! They had an A rating on Angie's List so I decided to use them. Their prices are about average compared to competitors. They did a very good job and I will use them again in the future.

Called on Monday. They were able to come out the next day. The repairman was a little late, but he called well in advance and let us know. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Id gladly use them again.

.He is fabulous, and he is really friendly, punctual, and honest. He tells you exactly what it is going to cost and it doesn't change.

He came on time fixed the laundry sink and cleaned the line from the laundry to the main. Reminded me that the line was crumbling and offered some recommandations

Joe's staff provided a quote over the phone based on our description of work to be done. Joe showed up promptly at the assigned time and took extra time to ask about my situation. We toured the basement and I showed him where I thought the drain access areas were. Joe took the time to tell me about my layout and what work he would do. He adjusted my quote down based on the new information I gave him and his observations. He worked efficiently and cleanly. Took time to explain what he found and what I should do in the future to keep my drains running smoothly.He cleaned up his work to my satisfaction and told me, before I paid by check, that he guarantees his work for 6 months.All in all a great experience from a quality drain cleaning professional.

Very impressed with the entire transaction from phone call to completion. We have rental properties and have tried several plumber/drain companies. I was shocked at how responsive, professional, personable and honest Joe was. It seems that is very rare in this industry. I would refer Joe/Drain Busters without hesitation. He also referred a plumber to us for another property that shares his ethics. Refreshing! We are very grateful to have given Joe/Drain Busters a try. You won't be sorry if you do as well.

They did a good job. I was happy to have my floor drain problem solved and felt the price was very fair!

I scheduled the appointment over the phone. He arrived as scheduled. In the process of clearing the drain, he found that a vent had deteriortated and colapsed. Cleared the drain and reassmebled the vent so it would stay in place until it could be repaired. Briefly described what had to be done to repair the vent even though he does not do this work. Completed his task, the drain was cleared and he retrieved a metal chain down the line under the bathroom. I later realized this was a chain lost during DIY toilet repair. The chains are part of the flushing apparatus. He cleaned the area in the laundry room and moved the washer and dryer back into place. I was charged the agreed price for the job. I was very satisfied with this service, especially the way he left the area after completing the job.

On time, nice guy, did a great job for a very fair price. Would highly recommend.
