Description of Work: Cleaned a clogged toilet on the day before a holiday. I only have one bathroom so this was critical to me. This is a family run operation so they don't have a lot of staffing so it may take a while for them to return calls but they were responsive, professional and reasonable. The business is cleaning drains; if that is what you need, they do it well and cost significantly less than going through a plumbing business. They also give suggestions on how to prevent issues that occur.

Description of Work: I had a basement drain backup on a Sunday afternoon and Joe from Drain Busters was the only one who answered his phone. Other companies advertised emergency services but did not pick up or return messages. Joe came out promptly that same day in bad weather (and during a Vikings game) and fixed the problem. About six weeks later, the same drain backed up again a little bit and Joe came out immediately and fixed it for free. That was over six months ago and the problem has not reoccurred. Joe was very professional and has a great demeanor, I'd highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I booked appointment with Drain Busters and they were able to schedule us for next day. Joe came out right on time and was a pleasure to work with. He solved our issue in our main drain by going from our house out to the street (75-90 feet) cleaned the roots that had grown into our drain. Couple days later I asked him to come back out because we were still having issues with our upstairs shower/tub drain - totally separate issue to main drain issue. He came back out and cleaned that out as well so now everything is flowing well in the house with no issues. He charged us for the 2nd trip out as expected but was very fair about that rate. Honest, hard working, good person who is providing good solid service, looking to build repeat business --- what's not to love about that. I highly recommend his company and business ethics.

Description of Work: On a Sunday, my laundry tub and toilet in the basement backed up at the same time. Not too bad so it wasn't an emergency, but needed attention within a day or two. I left a message on Sunday, and Joe called me Monday around 9AM. Told me he'd be here between 11 and 12 and he arrived around 11:30. He left at 1. He ended up cleaning the sewer line and the line from the laundry tub. Very friendly.

He had given me a quote over the phone and when he actually started the work, he found it was not as big a problem as he had expected, so he dropped the price. He was very knowledgeable and described his work every step of the way. He was very professional and cleaned up the work area when he was finished.
