They responded to my call within 30 minutes. Set up an appointment after 5:00 pm which was convenient for me. Arrived at 5:05 and did he work promptly and efficiently, answering my questions as he worked. Cleaned up afterward. We were very happy with the service provided.

Joe responded quickly to my phone call and gave me a discount because he couldn't make it to my house until the following day. He was very friendly and approachable. He even tried to get my dog to warm up to him and answered all my questions. He was at my house for about an hour and a half, kept to his quote, and only added the cost of the new pipes and gas. Also, he was very clean and tidy. He always wiped his feet before entering my house, and I barely had to do any cleanup at all! I chose Joe based on his many excellent reviews on Angie's List, and I'm so glad I did! I definitely recommend him and will call him again if I have any other plumbing trouble. He also offers a 6-month warranty on his work.

No problems at all with Drain Busters. They were responsive from the outset. I wanted to replace the main line access cap with one that lays flush to the floor. They provided one without charging because they were late in arriving to my house. They make an effort to maintain good customer relations.

Joe arrived promptly and worked nearly 3 hours to clear the drain to the street. He had given me a fixed rate quote with an Angie's list discount up front. He kept his word on the price in spite of my drain being particularly time-consuming to clear. My impression is that this is an honest guy with a good work ethic. I would definitely use his services again. He also gave a 6 month guarantee on his work.

They arrived promptly and did a great job with the bathroom sink. This is the 4th time I have had it snaked in 2 years, and it always clogs very quickly. Drain Busters pulled part of a razor out of the sink which has been there since before I bought the house, so hopefully it won't clog again. They cleaned out the kitchen sink pipes, did not feel he needed to snake it, and didn't want to make me pay extra for work that wasn't necessary. Clean up could have been better. He asked me for a container to use under the sink and then left it there after he'd finished with the drain. I had to clean up under the sink and wash out the bowl he used. Other than that, I have no complaints. You can't beat the price!

Joe arrived when he said he'd arrive, and tackled the clogged toilets. He gave advice on how to avoid clogs in the future, and showed me ways I could make my toilets flush better. Very professional, courteous, and did a great job! He even said if we have any more problems in the next six months, he'd unclog them for free!

Joe came in the evening of the same day I called. He also called about an hour before his scheduled arrival to tell me he was running a little late. He was pleasant and efficient. I have already recommended him to a family member. Price was with a $10 Angie's List discount.

Joe quoted me $75 over the phone for the job. He then asked where I had heard about Drain Busters. When I told him Angie's List he deducted $10. Joe said he would be arriving between 1:00 and 2:00. He called to let me know he would be closer to 2:00. He did a great job fixing our clogged drain. He invited me to watch and clearly explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He also made sure to test it out afterwards to make sure the problem was corrected. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I will certainly call Drain Busters again if needed.

We have used this company twice before. We had an emergency. He came within four hours, got to work on our problem, cleaned up his mess, and gave us super service. (I think he likes us, because he takes good care of us with an unbeatable price.)

Joe is wonderful. He was on time, polite, and helped me to understand what was going on with the plumbing. He mentioned on the phone that I should find and keep my receipt (the first time I used them was in May) because they have a 6 month guarantee. I couldn't find it, but Joe said since the problem was simple and he needed to be in the neighborhood, he wouldn't charge me. He also gave me some great advice about possible hair clogs and removers and let me know that if I wanted to replace the piece that was broken, the whole faucet set and everything would have to be replaced. He apologized for leaving a little grease and asked for a towel to clean it off. I told him I had to clean the tub out anyway, and he had been a great help. He is so pleasant, kind, and helpful, too!! It made my day, something I didn't think I would say about drain cleaning!

Very quick in responding to phone call & setting up appointment. Snaked out badly-clogged drain & made sure things were running smoothly before leaving. Even cleaned up tub where gunk from disposal had backed up. Gave suggestions on how to prevent future problems & recommended that we install inexpensive water alarm (from Home Depot or hardware store) in drain to avoid any future disasters. Was very pleased overall & would definitely use again!

Joe was only a few minutes late but very personable and chatty. He was willing to explain to me how things worked and did not mind that I watched him work for a few minutes. He seems to know his trade and removed tree roots and other gunk from the drain line. He quoted me $65 over the phone and when I asked for an Angie's List discount he was willing to give it but I could tell he did not want to since he explained $65 is a discount rate - he showed me his rate card and it did say $75. I was happy to pay the $65. Would have Joe back as he cleaned things up well and put the carpet back nicely. Good experience!

Joe was very pleasant and informative. He did a wonderful job. There was no mess whatsoever. I noticed that the bathroom sink was not draining and asked if he would look at it, which he did and declogged it at no extra charge. Will not only use him again, but I have recommended him to friends.

I called on a Sunday and left a message. Joe called back within 1/2 hour and notified me that he was out of town and would not be able to do any work until Monday in case I wanted to contact someone else for immediate service. I chose to wait for Joe and was glad I did. Joe was very pleasant and informative answering all my questions thoroughly. He did an excellent job cleaning the sewer line and cleaning up when he was finished. I will definitely use Drain Busters again!

He also fixed a toilet for me. He does an excellent job and guarantees his work. He's even come out in the middle of the night to fix stuff for me at no charge. I'd recommend him to everyone!

They were very knowledgeable and gave me a suggestion about how to handle any other problems. Joe and Jeff were very efficient and nice to work with. They were able to come out when I called and were very prompt. I would certainly hire them again.

They were exceptionally friendly and informative -- keeping us in the loop as to the progress of their work. They came at 5pm which was a great time for us, so no-one had to take a day off from work to be there. Also, their prices were lower than expected, and they ''roto-rooted'' the sewer drain for less than they estimated. There was no sales pressure to do any more than we needed to have done, and in addition, they removed a TON of tree roots.

The man who came out was good at his job and also very friendly, and charged a very reasonable price. He also told us he'd come back and fix the problem if it occurred again in 2 years. We will definitely be keeping this company's phone number for future work and also recommend this company to others.

Bob completed the work, arrived on time, and completed in about 30 minutes. Joe called us in the evening to make sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. When I called initially he called back within an hour to schedule a time, and was able to meet me after my working hours so I didn't have to miss work for the appointment. Joe was exactly on time, friendly, and very professional. The previous homeowners had broken the sewer cap and ''replaced'' it with a shingle and a rock, Joe gave me a used cap at no cost. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up after himself entirely. He answered a number of my questions about sewers, drains, etc. and made several suggestions of things I could do for maintenance. An excellent experience!

This is the most positive experience I've had with a repairman in my entire 44 years! The work ethic, honesty, integrity these guys displayed is incredible. It's very comforting to know there a still guys out there like Joe and Jeff.
