Joe was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process throughout the job. He answered all of my questions and was pleasant to work with.

They are very reasonably priced and they work very quickly. It is a family business and we have gotten to know them over the years. They are very respectful and efficient.

I originally thought it was just the laundry room floor drain, but the technician quickly diagnosed the main drain and demonstrated the logic behind his reasoning. Technician was very friendly, polite, and was on time. Also suggested I contact my city regarding a potential issue for their sewer system.

Everything went really well! Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. He evaluated the drain and had it cleaned and draining within 5 minutes. Joe was really nice and explained everything he was doing. He also tips on how to prevent the same situation from happening again. Very Professional! I would definitely use his company again and recommend it to others.

On time and did a very good job. It took longer than he expected but he still charged me the same price he quoted which included an Angie's List discount. I will call DrainBusters again. This drain problem is an ongoing issue and usually has to be cleaned out every couple years.

Joe promptly returned my phone call and provided same day service. Over the phone, he provided an estimate of cost depending upon what the problem was. When he arrived, he was thorough in educating me about what he was looking for, what he found, and how he was going to fix it. After he resolved the problem, he checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Finally, he gave me some advice to avoid the problem in the future. In spite of the fact that I was his last call on a sunny Friday afternoon, he didn't rush his work or the process.

They did a good job. They were pleasant and prompt. They had to come back out but did so at no additional charge. I would absolutely use him again.

We have used Drain Busters to clean our main line annually since we moved into our home nine years ago. The service has always been friendly and courteous. Phone calls are returned promptly and they show up on time. Work is done quickly and everything is completely cleaned up. What I appreciate most about Joe is his honesty. Last year he told me our drain was really in good shape so it really wasn't necessary to have it cleaned every year-once every two years would be fine. I highly recommend them!

He came to my house and cleaned the main drain. He was great at communicating with me on the timing of arrival at my house. He cleaned the main drain and did clean up.

He explained everything, he was just exceptional! He called to stay he was late and he went out of his way to be accommodating!

I called on a Sunday to schedule a Monday appointment (the clogged drain wasn't critical) and to my surprise, Joe picked up. He said it was no problem, set up an appointment for 10:00 the next day, and told me it would be $65. What he told me on the phone is exactly what happened. He was in and out, $65 and 15 minutes later I had a clear floor drain. I will use Drain Busters whenever I can in the future.

They returned my calls promptly and scheduled a visit for a time that was convenient for me. The day the work was scheduled (3/2/07) was the morning after an exceptionally heavy snow fall. In spite of the snowy roads, they arrived only a half hour later than the scheduled time and they called well in advance to let me know. I am very pleased with the work and their manner.

I have used this company several times now and they are always very neat, clean and professional. They always come on time and are very responsive. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

He was excellent! First and foremost he asked great diagnostic questions to be sure the problem was what I thought it was. And then when he came in, he was very careful in my home not to leave any mess behind. He offered a discount if I signed up for an annual call from him (of which I agreed). And then at the last minute I asked for some additional help with my toilet. He was very responsive! Although we had a prescheduled time, my only complaint (if you could call it one) is that he didn't call before the scheduled time to explain that he was running late. But the service far outweighed the few minute wait. He offered the Angie's List discount and honored it after the service was complete. I have since recommended him to a family member.

He came back a second time without any problem. The problem came back, but it wasn't because the job wasn't done right the first time. Excellent!

It was a horrible project, and I should have called them sooner. As it turned out, a bird had fallen into the exhaust pipe, clogging the drain almost completely. Needless to say, it wasn't pretty. Joe cleared the drain, then rigged up a temporary bypass for the laundry sink area so that I could wash my clothes and showed me just what to do to try to make a seal in a really rough and rusty area. This was above and beyond the call of duty, and it worked, saving me hundreds of dollars to remove the old tub and to put in a new one. Unfortunately, the kitchen drain clogged up again in a day or two; more bird remained. Joe returned that night and made sure that he got rid of the entire blockage (it worked! No extra charge). I have used his company for years. They are responsive, competent, easy to deal with, and charge about half of the big company's rates. This was one long and horrible job for the price!

Stop looking and call this guy. He deserves your business. He honored his 6-month guarantee, so I paid nothing even though I doubt this clog was related to the work he did previously. I greatly appreciate his professionalism. I suggest you work with him, he does good work, he's inexpensive, and you can trust him.

Joe was quick to return my call, and we scheduled a time for him to come and fix the problem. My wife was at the home when Joe came, and he was very friendly and explained what he would do to fix it and how to help prevent it in the future. Joe was by far the most courteous plumbing person we have every used. His price was also very fair and I appreciated that.

Joe was extremely nice! He chatted with my boyfriend and I as we watched him work and then did a very nice job of cleaning up the sink and drain area of the basement after he had cleared the clog. He said his father instilled in him the importance of leaving a customer's house the way he would want his own house to be left after the job was done. We really appreciated that because, as you can imagine, a clogged drain can leave a stinky mess!
