Drain Busters

This was a great experience! The young man came out on time with only 2 days notice to do a PM on my drains, since it had been about 5 yrs since the last cleaning. He was very professional and courteous. It took a little over an hour because he ran into a lot of roots. They don't offer a camera, but would give a referral if I needed it (which I didn't). He cleaned up the mess nicely. They accept credit cards, but there's a 4% additional charge. Their work is guaranteed for 6 months. They are very reasonably priced, and I'll definitaly use them again!

Ben was the service tech. He arrived on time (1 hour window) and was not only thorough, but very curteous and careful about not creating a mess. The cap for my main clean out was broken and he repaired it as well. He charged $70 for the main, and $30 for the laundry room.

The workman (Ben) was very prompt (he arrived the same day I called because business was a little slow ). He was informative, cheerful, diligent, and asked me if I wanted to know what he found in the drains. He willingly augered out the kitchen sink drain a second time without extra charging, since the drain was still slow in draining away water. He cleaned up after himself, and was very quick to answer any questions that I had. He accepted the Angie's coupon from the computer screen, since I didn't have a printer. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

What an outstanding effort he made in completing the job which he said was probably his 2nd worst drain. He was professional, pleasant, and cleaned up afterward. We'd call him back again.

Called Friday morning, and had someone at my house that afternoon. They were on time, very courteous, helpful and also gave some good tips for keeping the tub line clean. I would definitely call them again!

The plumber was polite, friendly, and efficient. When we used roto rooter in the past for the same job, the cost was $225.00 and the plumbers were disengaged in their work.. Drain busters was $100.00 and professional all the way. We'll use them for all our plumbing needs in the future. Glad we found them on Angie's List.

He was timely, informative, thorough, and charged less than I would have paid a regular plumber.

There was lot of hair and gunk in the house which was left by the previous owner. They cleaned it but it clogged again. They lowered their rates to come out and see it again as they remembered us. They were very punctual and honest. They charged very less, compared to other competitors and worked better than others. They did additional work but did not charge us for it. They made us happy.

Good job. Very responsive and professional. It was not an emergency, so we scheduled for the next day. He called to let me know he'd been delayed at a previous job -- and was still only 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. I'd snaked the line a couple of times myself, but with his professional strength equipment, he had the job done quickly and we haven't had a back up since..

Joe unclogged the sink fairly quickly. Next time I won't waste my time and money on products from the store (which didn't work). If this happens again, I will make a service call immediately.

They were absolutely great. They were very prompt and they kept in touch with us. They gave us a discount because they were late, but they did a great job. They explained things to us very well.

I left Joe a voicemail requesting an estimate, and he immediately called me back and gave a fair quote (with an Angies List discount) and offered me a choice of time slots for same-day or following day service. He called while en route to give an ETA, arrived within the stated window, and promptly got to work. Within an hour he had completed the job and cleaned up the work area. He invoiced me the precise amount quoted over the phone. He was courteous and affable and gave me several helpful tips for dealing with this type of problem. I will certainly be calling on Drain Busters again.

Joe did an excellent job cleaning out my basement drain. He also fixed my drain pipes for my sink so they wouldn't leak anymore.

My phone call was answered immediately. Was told there were two different costs depending upon if the drain needed to be cleared out to the road($100.00)or if it was within the house($70.00). Made the appointment with in two days. The serviceman showed up on time and found that the problem was within the house. He cleared it up within the hour and charged the $70.00. Extremely satisfied!

Bob did a great job. He had to wedge himself in a tight spot to be able to run the line. And this was 2 days before Christmas!

Joe was great and very helpful. He even went above and beyond by fixing a toilet handle he noticed was broke.

I called and made an appointment for them to come our the next morning. They arrived on time, cleaned out the line. Grease and lint were the problem. Service couldn't have been better. Problem solved.

I called Joe on a Saturday and he called back within minutes. He told me up front the charge differences for weekend service versus holding out until Monday, we decided to save the money and wait. He scheduled an appointment over the phone, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Both drains took much longer than he originally expected, but in both cases he was successful. I was expecting to pay a little more for the unexpected time and complications, but it was just as he originally estimated. I would highly recommend Joe and his company. It's small, with only 3 employees, but they were prompt and very effective.

Called and left two messages to request service. Calls were never answered. Voice mail made no mention of the business being closed.

I called round 9:30am, set up appointment between 4 and 5pm, arrived around 4:30, finished around 5:30. Also did a nice job explaining the service.

He arrived early. I got an Angie's List discount. He has a good sense of humor. He was respectful of our property. He gave good advice on house hold maintenance. He is just a great guy.

Overall great experience. Joe responded promptly to the message I left. He was upfront and honest about the price difference for a same day service call vs. waiting until the next day, which we opted to do. He was courteous and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. We would definitely call on Drain Busters again for any drain cleaning needs!

Excellent. This year we waited about 6 months too long (18 months since our last cleaning) so the roots were especially thick and it took them longer to do complete the job than they anticipated. But they didn't charge us any extra, just encouraged us to get it done annually and gave us a sticker to help us remember when to call.

It was a positive experience. They were very courteous and quick. He cleaned up the job once he was finished. I was asking some questions and he was happy to fill me in and let me know what was going on.

He is great. He is very prompt returning my calls. He was able to get out there within a couple of hours. He was very friendly & neat. I could not be more pleased.
