I use them every six months. The service is excellent. The staff is excellent. They are very prompt.

cleaned carpet in family room,stairway to upstairs,and upstairs hallway.d He is very professional, attentive to what is needed, timely, friendly, and I will never have anyone else do my cleaning!!

They work pretty hard to get your appointment scheduled on dates that work for you. He is always prompt and he is always interested in doing the best job he can do. He has gone above and beyond for us quite a few times.

MIKE IS THE BEST!! I've used him and his father Dennis for 25 years and would use NO ONE ELSE!

I spent about $300 on that service and he comes to my house. He has cleaned my carpets and rugs. He is just good in every respect. He knows his stuff, does a good job and he shows up on time. He will give me and estimate and with carpet cleaning companies and I can be a little sketchy, but he is really good.

The first time I used them (14 years ago), I thought their price was a little high. You can certainly find less expensive bids, but NOTHING compares to their cleaning ability. There is NO stain they can't eliminate. One time, my 2 year old spilled an entire bottle of nail polish all over the carpet, and Dennis/Co. got every bit of stain out. And, even for every day wear and tear, you will not be disappointed with the results. I will never have my carpets cleaned by anyone else - they are SO worth it!

I have used them in the past. I found out about them years ago on Angie's List, I think. I can't really remember how I found about them. I had him out once before and he is more expensive that what I remembered. They have very good customer service. I think he charged a lot for carpet cleaning. I kind of hesitated the next time I had my carpets done. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are very efficient and they do a very nice job. I would use them again.

This is the second time I've used Dennis the Janitor. They are prompt, polite, helpful, and do an excellent job. I initially asked them to clean my sectional, but after giving me an estimate to clean it and letting me use their pet hair attachment on my vacuum, it took care of any issues that were present. Before they came I thought I would need to replace my carpeting in the near future; after they cleaned it I saw how good of shape it was in! I appreciate that they are consultative in their approach and provide helpful tips for keeping my upholstery and carpet clean going forward!

This company is terrific. I have used their services for several years and won't consider anyone else. They were recommended to me some time ago after several disappointing experiences with other ''reputable'' companies. The business is family owned. The price is fine considering the excellence of their work.
