The service man cam in an pulled the cores from all the locks & deadbolts, went out to his truck and came back with re-keyed cores and extra keys we requested. A few more minutes and the cores were reinstalled and all the locks functioned perfectly.
Description of Work: After having keys & wallet stolen at the same time, we decided a complete change of our locks was in order. Re-keyed 5 door knobs and 4 deadbolts.

+ -1 moreGreat - he was a young man, but understood a very old lock and fixed it so that it works better than it probably has in decades.
Description of Work: Our main entry door had an old (1920') and elaborate door handle and it had stopped working. I'd had another locksmith over who couldn't repair it, but the guy from Davis (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) knew what to do right away. He took the lock apart and had what he needed to repair it. It took him less than an hour and the handle and lock are now perfect. He also gave me some quick advice on straightening out the door, which I followed and it worked perfectly.
