David Noyes

I initially reached out to David based on the positive reviews on Angie's List. Overall David did a good job as our buyer's agent. Although ultimately we did not end up buying a home, he was very patient with us and spent a fair bit of time helping us sift through homes. Sometimes he was not as responsive as I would've liked, but he was always punctual and professional. I would recommend him to others.

I contacted Mr. Noyes initially to provide me with a market value analysis of my mother's home. I had done a market value analysis on my own and other agents I had contacted provided either estimates much higher or lower than what I had determined. Mr. Noyes provided an estimate very close to what I had found and used very appropriate recent sales data along with his knowledge of the area. I selected him as the agent and he was excellent to work with. He provided good information on what changes should be made to show the house and how he planned to proceed. He was easy to contact and answered any questions I had. One week after listing, the house had multiple offers with two higher than asking price. This to me indicated he had priced it correctly. I would certainly work with him again. His cost was the standard 7% commision.

I was comfortable with him. The price of the house is not very good right now and I cannot sell for this price. It looks like I have to wait for a while, but I am keeping him on my list. I would definitely contact him again in the future.

David quickly grasped what we were looking for in a house and did not pressure us to look at anything different. He always answered our calls immediately and was willing to meet us many times to look at houses. He also had good suggestions about how things could be changed, and he introduced us to a handyman who viewed some houses with us to give estimates on repair work. David is a perfect balance between being personable and professional. He has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with. This was the 4th house we have purchased and the 6th realtor we have worked with. He was by FAR the best. He never made us feel like we were dealing with a salesman, and we trusted everything he told us.
