He was really good. He gave us a quote but the actual price ended up coming underneath the quote. I don't ever recall anybody when they give me a quote, they would always go at least with that quote or higher, but they never go under the quote. That to me stuck in my mind and so I have referred him to several other neighbors. He has done mice removal, spraying for bugs all in our neighborhood. I was so impressed that he would come in under the price he quoted. It was just ethical to me. I recall when I called him for the first time and I told him about our squirrel problem. I was calling him out to my parents' house. He said he is booked that day but they live really close to them so he said maybe on his way home from work, he would stop by. I was just dumbfounded. When he saw what the problem was, he said he would take care of it now, and he ended up taking care of it and he never needed to come back. I was so impressed.
