They got me in last minute during the holidays, which was a big relief. He showed up to the minute of when they said he would. It didn't take him long to clean all of the mentioned carpets, so I was worried they would not look great. However, they have never been cleaner! I have a 100 pound German Shepherd who sleeps in the same place of the carpet every night, and now you can't even tell he's been there. (He gets his own special rug now.) They also did an amazing job cleaning my cream colored couch and chair, that my dog also loves - hence the pictures below - and they look great too. I have never seen my carpet look this good. You can always tell how someone feels about their job by the way things look when they leave, and this guy did a wonderful job!

They arrived on time; and took them maybe 30 min. They were able to remove a rust stain I had pointed out to them. Now for the bad. Bad because they did not do all the sections. They did not clean under 2 beds (which were on wheels). I had moved out most everything from the rooms. It was in move-out condition-(had MINIMAL items in the room). They did not tell me when they were here that they did not do these sections. I called back to Michelle & told her what happened she apologized & offered a convenient time for them to return. In between the 1st time they came & the 2nd time-which was 3 days, I noticed a large spot on my carpet that was much lighter than the rest-to me it looks like their cleaning liquid either didn't come all the way out or it somewhat bleached my carpet. When they came back I asked them to try and get it out and they asked me if I had a rug there. No, I have not EVER had a rug. Also when they left the 2nd time the carpet is now dirty again from the hose they used.

When I called on a Tuesday they were able to schedule me for the following Friday, warning me that it could be as late as 5 pm. Thursday evening the slot was set for 3-5 p.m. on Friday. They came at 4 and took just over an hour to clean the carpets. They were able to remove several spots that I had worked on with sprays and such and had no luck removing, some rust stains, and lighten but not completely remove some pet stains. The carpet smelled wonderful and dried quickly. The workers were very polite and worked neatly and efficiently. The carpet looks great.

Andy showed up right on time. He explained how it was done and went to work. He showed me how much dirt he actually was sucking up from my recliner and hallway. I was very impressed. I don't think my house has ever been this clean. He was very friendly, professional and a good worker.

This is the 2nd time I've used Daisy, they are professional, nice, do a good job in a small amount of time. Not all stains came out but that was expected. Carpets looked so much better after the cleaning.

The company was responsive when I phoned initially. She was very willing to meet our needs. When they came out they arrived in a timely manner and did a thorough and professional job.

Everything went perfectly from the time I called until the work was complete.

Cleaned microfiber sofa. Some spots remain after dried (not visible when wet). Some puckering on fabric like it was stretched. (Sofa purchased from Marshall Fields Home Store 2-1/2 years ago - good quality furniture.)

Tim and TJ were on time and did a great job cleaning some very dirty carpet. It took a little too long to dry, but I set up some fans and that sped it along. I would hire again and recommend to my friends.

Very pleasant experience. Michelle was very informative on the phone and scheduled the service promptly. John our service person was knowledgeable and extremely thorough, and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company highly, especially if you live in the south metro!

They gave very good, efficient and friendly service. They also gave good advice on care and preventative maintenance for my carpets. I could strongly recommend this company, and I plan to use them again for carpets and also for upholstery cleaning.

THIS GUY IS SO HONEST AND A PERFECTIONIST! HE OWNS THE COMPANY AND WORKS SO HARD FOR HIS CLIENTS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED DAISY AND THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY PROVING TO BE QUALITY CARPET CLEANERS AND HELPFUL WITH STAINS. I WON'T CHANGE CLEANERS AGAIN.

FINE. WORKMEN WERE POLITE, CLEAN, EFFICIENT, PERSONABLE, AND SPEEDY.

MICHELLE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ON THE INITIAL PHONE CONTACT. SHE QUOTED ME THEIR CURRENT SPECIAL PRICING (WHICH I HAD SEEN AS A COUPON IN THE PAPER BUT DID NOT MENTION TO HER BEFORE SHE MENTIONED IT TO ME). BECAUSE WE HAD NOT MOVED INTO THE HOME YET, THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL 10% MOVE-IN DISCOUNT. THE CARPET TECHNICIAN, MARK, WAS ON TIME. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO BEFORE HE DID IT AND CONFIRMED THE PRICE MICHELLE HAD QUOTED. THEN HE GOT TO WORK. LESS THAN TWO HOURS LATER, HE WAS DONE. WE WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE TOGETHER, AS HE POINTED OUT STAINS HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE, AND SOME THAT HE WAS NOT. (THE CARPET IS APPROX. 20 YEARS OLD, SO THAT WAS UNDERSTANDABLE.) ALL IN ALL, A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

REQUEST A WRITTEN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO HAVING SERVICES DONE IN ORDER TO VALIDATE AND CONFIRM OVERALL PRICE OF SERVICES REQUESTED. COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL, THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE WILLING TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER'S SCHEDULE VS. REQUIRING THE CUSTOMER TO WORK AROUND THE COMPANY'S SCHEDULE. THEY DO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS ON SATURDAYS. THE OVERALL PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

TELEPHONE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. THE PEOPLE THAT CLEANED THE CARPET WERE INFORMATIVE, NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
