I called Daisy and spoke with Michelle. She was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were able to schedule our cleaning within 5 days of my original call. She explained that I would receive a call the day prior to the scheduled cleaning to give us a time window for the following day. Unfortunately, I did not receive a call by 4 that afternoon so I called Michelle and she explained that she hesitated calling me because the customer scheduled before me had yet to confirm their appointment. She assured me that our appointment was still scheduled and gave me the window of 2 to 4 pm. The next day, I received a call from Matt at 1:15 pm stating that he would arrive at 1:45 pm. He and Michael arrived as expected and walked through the job with me. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They quickly got to work applying the pre-spray and began cleaning. We also elected to have Scotchguard applied and have them clean our ottoman due to drool stains from our dog. They said the ottoman would not be a problem. They completed the job fairly quickly and overall, the carpets as well as the ottoman looked very good. We are anxious to see how well the carpet holds up going forward. The only aspect of this service that concerned me was that Matt and Michael wore their shoes the entire time. They did explain to us that we should only walk on the carpet after it had been cleaned with bare feet because socks would absorb the Scotchguard until it dried (12 to 24 hours). This may be why they were unable to were booties. It is also partially my fault as I never asked them to remove their shoes. We would certainly consider using Daisy again in the future as they are well priced and do a nice job.

Everything went great, I knew exactly what I wanted done in advance. They did not try to push me into doing anything I did not ask for in advance.

Excellent !! I have used Daisy Carpet Cleaning services for six rental properties and my own house for many years now. I typically have them pre-spot, clean, deodorize if necessary, and apply protectant (used to be Scotchguard). They have always provided superior quality work compared to other carpet cleaning services I used before them, been prompt to respond, schedule, and arrive, and have always been very professional. I will admit I was a little concerned when they grew from being owner operated to having employees, but the quality has been every bit as good as when they were strictly owner operated. Daisy continues to do an outstanding job at very competitive prices whether it is an entire house, with or without furniture in the areas being cleaned, or just cleaning the traffic areas such as stairs and hallways. I have been completely satisfied with Daisy's services and will definitely continue to use them for future cleaning needs !!!

They worked us into their schedule on short notice. The two young men came on time, were very professional in their appearance and presentation, didn't attempt to tack on any extras that should have been included, and did a thorough job quickly and efficiently.They charged the price as quoted on the phone plus $10 extra for a runner carpet. They were the lowest price of 3 quotes. I was very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again. r

The house cleaners were very pleasant and did a good job over all but we felt that they just did not fit in for our needs.compared to the service we are presently using the contract price was higher. Decided to stay with the service we have been using.

The person cleaning the carpet was friendly and professional, however, the cleaning did not really seem to make a difference in the cleanliness of the carpet. I was also encouraged to purchase a treatment to reapply the Scotch protection on my carpet. This was expensive and I am not sure that it was needed. Overall, I spent far more on carpet cleaning that I thought it would cost, without much gain.

I've used them before. They are a green carpet service. There isn't the residue.

Daisy Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is a great company! I originally hired American Cleaning Crew (A.K.A. American Carpet Masters, American Stainmasters. American Stain Masters, etc--they go in and out of business, slightly altering their name, but always use "American"). Little did I know they richly earn their "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Why didn’t I check my Angie's List?! American Cleaning Crew “cleaned" my carpet and every single stain was still there when they left. I called and said the job was bad, and was belittled, demeaned, treated with utmost sarcasm, and shouted over when I tried to explain the problems. They set an appointment time to come back, were many hours late after I'd taken off work to wait for them, reset the appointment again, and this time never called and never showed up. I could not have had a more polar-opposite experience with Daisy. They came right on time, gave exquisite customer service, went above and beyond, and they charged fairly for a terrific carpet cleaning job. Not just that: they pointed out to me that I had wobbly legs on my sofa, preventing it from collapsing embarrassingly on a guest. They showed me exactly where some mysterious stains came from--sources I would never expect that were completely preventable. My home is located on the top floor of a condo building. Every other carpet cleaner used the less effective portable equipment, saying my home was up too high to use the truck as a cleaning source. Not Daisy! They were determined to do the best possible job for me, and figured out how to clean the carpet using their truck. John, the owner, worked for years with Stanley Steamer before starting his company. He really knows his stuff, and he shared his technical knowledge with crew right along with me. You'll never meet a nicer guy, or a guy more committed to doing the best possible job. It was a pleasure, start to finish. I have off-white carpet that's completely unforgiving with stains. But Daisy made it dazzle. If you want a superior job and a delightful, informative experience besides, hire Daisy.

They are quick to come out and did a really great job.

We were very impressed! They moved all items that could be moved and put all of the furniture up on "blocks" or put papers on the bottoms of chairs so the furniture would not get wet. The carpets dried quickly and look great.

Professional, prompt, great work and great advice. Less expensive than any other estimate I received. We wanted their process of cleaning carpets and they were recommended by a friend in Napa Valley who owns a carpet cleaning business. I will continue to use them! Their guarantee and price was the best over other companies.

Lady on the phone assured us many times that they would try harder than anyone else to get out some stains we had on the carpet. They didn't try harder than anyone else would have.

We called for an estimate and were able to schedule a cleaning the same week. The phone estimate was accurate, the cleaners (Jim and John) arrived on time, and work was completed quickly and professionally. Everyone with the firm was very friendly. When Jim and John arrived, they quickly planned their work, and were very careful when moving older antique furniture. They were able to remove some very difficult and persistent pet stains from a 20 year old carpet in the basement, leaving it in "like new" condition. Their work on newer carpet in the living room, dining room and master bedroom was exceptional. It seemed much brighter and softer. Everything dried quickly (even the stairs). Without question, this was the best carpet cleaning experience we have had. We will definitely use Daisy again, and would recommend them to anyone!

Called for estimate, scheduled appointment for day/time i wanted. They called before arriving and actually arrived earlier than excpected. Price was exactly as estimated. Did a very good job and done quickly also.

Great! Very courteous and professional. Only thing short of spectacular was that the stairs stayed very damp for several days.

Kris did a great job -- I showed him a few trouble spots in various areas on the carpeting and he cleaned them up really well. He was very courteous and was finished with the entire job in just a little over an hour.

This company does an excellent job in my home. They are prompt, and very informative. They always provide quality service when cleaning my carpets. I am very happy with this company and I will use them again in the future.

I was called the night before to confirm my time of appointment. The workers showed up on time and acted professionally. They did a great job, and even offered to clean all my throw pillows at no extra charge.

I scheduled the cleaning on Monday and they were able to fit me in for Wednesday. The tech was late, but so nice and quick he made up for it. The whole cleaning took less than an hour. He asked about the origin of specific stains to get the best outcome. He was able to get out some things that our last cleaning was incapable of removing. I would and have recommended them. My only complaint was the standing water on the floor from the transition of carpet to the hardwood.

They did an outstanding job with the carpets. They are very nice people and they were great to work with. We wanted to have somebody do a quality job and they sure did an outstanding job. I cannot say it enough.

When I called to get an estimate and make an appointment, I spoke with Michelle. She was very pleasant and was able to give a firm estimate. (I did know the square footage of the carpeted areas in my home.) When she asked how I heard about Daisy, I told her "Angie's List." Then she was even more pleasant and said that they would be happy to do the work to my satisfaction and their service person would be most professional. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and they gave me a two hour window when they would arrive. The evening before the appointment, Michelle called to confirm the time. Zack arrived within the allotted time. He worked straight through for three hours. Zack also was very pleasant and professional. My only complaint is the cost of the optional add-ons. Zack highly recommended that we sanitize the areas where there had been dog "accidents" and to Scotchgard the whole carpet. That added another $200 on to the cost of the cleaning - almost as much as the cleaning itself! The cost of the basic cleaning, however, was exactly what Michelle quoted for the estimate on the phone. But overall, I was pleased with the service.
