Description of Work: I needed special size millwork for a basement finishing project that included windows, doors and baseboard trim along with special order cherry doors. They provided fast, accurate ordering and delivery. I'm very pleased.

+ -1 moreMark is super busy and hard to get ahold of; I often left messages with the receptionist that took several days to be returned or I had to call back. He is a perfectionist with his work and stands by his word which was appreciated. We ordered our door in the beginning of July and when it was installed in early September it did not fit right so Mark reordered it and we did not get it until mid-November which was very frustrating. All and all what bothered me the most was the lack of communication. So have patience if you deal with Aand A and be ready to spend money.
Description of Work: We ordered a specialty storm door with a gothic curve on top; A&A was the only company we could find that would make a door like this. My husband wanted it to match our front door which was original to our 80 year old home since we had just re-stuccoed the outside and the storm door we had was an inexpensive Menards-type standard one.

+ -1 moreCustom Millwork (I believe my contact's name was Mike) came out and did an assessment of the doors and doorknobs that I needed for my remodeling project. This was actually the second time I did business with them and both times were an absolute pleasure. I would call them again and again!
