+ -1 moreThey tell you it will take two weeks. After 2 1/2 weeks I called to check on repairs and was told that I would receive a call when the machine was ready. After four weeks I called to check, and was told that something was not right. This person actually found out what the problem was and got the machine returned to the store for pickup- only two more days. Turns out, the repair people were waiting for an unnecessary part, and couldn't be bothered to tell the store nor me. Will never use them again.
Description of Work: Sewing machine was causing looping on the underside of fabric; normal changes did not stop this action.

+ -1 moreIt was repaired in the time frame they gave me. The cost was what I was expecting. I had the option to refuse to have it repaired if it was more than what I was willing to spend on an old machine. It was a good experience.

+ -1 moreShe has repeatedly brought her machine there in the last 5 years. It was done well and they are very, very personable. They were willing to stand there and talk to her about why things broke. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They are a little high on price.
Description of Work: My mother takes her sewing machine to Creative Sewing Centers. Her last service with them was in January. They did general maintenance and repaired some stuck thread in the bobbin area that had jammed.
