Creative Repair Service

I hired Mike over 2 years ago to repair a refridgerator and thought it did a a good job. So I kept his contact and decided to call him and get my home Refridgerator looked. I called him on Monday and talked to him, he said he will be there tomorrow Tuesday at 1pm. He also asked me to email him my address which I did and I know the email went fine. Come Tuesday at around lunch time, I called him to say I have arranged a friend to be at home to let him in, he said, he never got my email. And he won't be able to come. Well, I said can you give you the address over the phone and you can come anytime the next 6 hrs. He said he is away and he will come Wednesday between 11-12. He again asked me to send my address via email. I verified the email address again and send him and email, This time I flagged the email so he reads it. Well come Wednesday at 10:45 my husband came from work to be at home so he doesn't miss Mike there to repair the refridgerator. Well at 11:15pm, my husband called and left voice mail on Mikes cell phone, he returned the call at 1:30. saying he never got the email from me with the address. My husband got mad and said, don't bother to come as he knew I sent the email to Mike twice as I copied the email to my husband. We proceeded to call another company as this Mike CANNOT be trusted at all.
