+ 0 moreOn the date that was agreed upon to come install the blinds, she and other gentleman arrived promoplty at the scheduled time. They dismantled and removed my old blinds, and had the new ones installed in about an hour. Both were very professional. I am thrilled with my blinds and would highly recommend them in the future.
Description of Work: Dawn came to my home to give me a bid on blinds that I needed replaced. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I needed/wanted in window coverings. After we had picked out shades for the master bedroom, spare bedroom, patio door and dinner room area, she gave me an estimate on all of them, and spoke how to could break them up if I was not willing to replace all of the them at once. During the course of the conversation it came up that I will be replacing my master bedroom windows, she cautioned against me getting blinds for the master bedroom at this time. She said that sometimes when windows are replaced the blinds no longer fit the window. I really apperciated her honestly, instead of selling me blinds now, only to have to replace them next year with the new windows. I chose to have all the blinds expect the master bedroom replaced at this time.
