The company representative showed up on time for the initial inspection and was very knowledgeable on the job and the possible complications that could arise during the removal process. I did not go with this contractor only because another contractor with a competitive concrete work price also bidded to replace the concrete steps with a set of wood steps/decking and cover within the same job. Keeping the job within one contractor is what influenced me toward this other contractor in this case. For concrete work, I would not hesitate to contact this supplier again as they seem very knowledgeable and competent within this field.

Scheduling was excellent. Brian was excellent to work with as the estimate was thorough and detailed.

I was very impressed with the workers and the job they accomplished. They showed up on time, worked very hard, and produced a very attractive driveway, garage floor and a bump out addition so we could back our cars out, turn them around, and drive out faceing the street rather than backing into the street like we use to do. One thing I noticed about the workers was that they did not rush the job. When it came time to seal the concrete, the gentleman came, looked at the concrete, said it was still too green, and returned some 5 hours later and sealed it. ( He worked until 10:00 PM.) Finally, after the job was finished, I asked Brian what he would suggest for filling around the concrete. He suggested 6 or 7 yards of black dirt. I ordered 7 yards and it was the perfect amount.

If you read other reviews and you will notice how nice and easy others say Bryan is to work with. This was absolutely the case with our project. He was the middle bid of the three bids we got, but he came out more than once and seemed interested in doing our work. He answered questions via phone, email and in person. We have an awesome new parking pad (next to our garage) and sidewalk that is flat and won't have horrible puddles, etc. Bryan and his team were kind, hard working and easy to talk to. Our parking pad for all three bids was within $100, but Bryan was cheaper on the sidewalk. Additionally, we yanked him around with other ideas that we never actually had done (removing a north sidewalk, adding in another concrete patch for trash receptacles, etc) and he kindly gave bids and recommendations. My only non-A mark was the timing. With other projects in our house there was a start date and end date clearly defined. Bryan informed me he would contact me in mid-July (and he did) and then come out a few days later to mark off where the new concrete would go. That was a bit nerve racking since we had a lot of question on how our sidewalk would look etc and hadn't figured out the design ourselves. But Bryan is a pro, came out late one evening, allayed our fears, recommended a look and we love our sidewalk. I chalk this up to me being a noob when it comes to concrete and weather not allowing his timing to be as concrete.

I contacted Creative Concrete for a bid to replace my existing patio. I also had another bid but I was most impress with Bryan and his ability to review with me what materials he would be using including the grad, thickness and even the powder release dye for the color. So I was very comfortable that he had the experience and would do a good job. Bryan was also on site every visit and the crew took very good care of my existing lawn when using the heavy equipment since we had so much ran lately I expected the worse but the lawn was not damaged at all. I found out later they did a lot manually to protect the lawn. The job was done very professionally and the entire crew was great. I am very pleased with the outcome and the color of the patio. Beware Bryan has lots of color choices and designs so you may need a day or two to decide which would work best for your home. I would definitely use Creative Concrete in the future.

It went very well. He was prompt in giving the estimate and his estimate was accurate that is why we ended up with him. He showed up on time and cleaned up nicely afterwards. We had him do two houses and it was definitely good experiences. They did the job and cleaned afterwards. We shopped a little bit and their price was very competitive. The roof is still on so the quality is good. He showed up when he said he would.

The entire process with Brian was very smooth. Brian was very focused on understanding our needs and desires while designing a new patio that would drain properly and work within our small, slightly sloped lot. The work was started as soon as the road restrictions were lifted, and went very quickly once started. Demolition and initial grading and forming was accomplished on the first day. On the second day, his foreman addressed some of my concerns about the drainage, finished setting forms and grading, and set rebar to be ready for the pour. They poured and finished all the concrete on the morning of the third day, cleaned up, and came back in the late afternoon to coat the concrete with sealer. We are incredibly happy with the results. We now have a very large and comfortable outdoor living space with excellent drainage. We also have some new options for landscaping that we are very excited about exploring. Brian has an excellent, professional, and friendly crew working for him. They were very respectful of us and our property and worked hard to keep our house working and livable during the work. The quality of the concrete work itself is excellent. We're looking forward to enjoying the space for many years to come. Brian's price was very fair for the quality of the work he did, and was a few hundred less than competing bids. I would recommend Creative Concrete without reservation and will use them for future jobs as they become necessary.

It was excellent. The only thing was that, the first time they came out they told me that they won't charge with me the pattern and the second time they came here and showed me the pattern and told me that it would be more expensive if I change it. It was a good experience. They came in with a very good price compared to other companies who came to bid. They were here the time they told they would.

Great quality work. It was a challenge going job because coordination of fence and gate installation. They helped come up with a good solution to grace issues

It was a good experience. I did not get the job done yet. It is Minnesota and it is kind of cold out here. The gentleman from the company was very fast in getting out here. He was very polite and he explained to me what he would do from start to finish in pulling up my old driveway. I had the estimate right in the spot. I am considering using his service in the future.

They were very quick and efficient. They started before 8:00 AM and finished about 1:00 PM. I had prepared a sketch as to what I wanted done. They did some modifications in the layout that made it look very nice, adding curves where I had drawn right angles. The overall effect looks very good. They provided protection for the concrete because of the weather, and came back later to remove it. They were the lowest bid of three I received. They were friendly, and easy to work with. They had a professional approach and knew what they were doing.

We had a great experience! Had to leave messages (got voice mail instead of live person) when calling the office but someone came out promptly to give estimate and services were completed on time and within estimated amount.

He was extremely prompt, thorough - explaining how he created the estimate and what it would include. He was even honest that the resulting job would have flaws due to the poor condition of our basement floor cement. We did not proceed with the job, due to this recommendation. We appreciated him putting our best interest first, instead of just making a sale.

Fabulous job. Bryan was helpful with ideas for our back patio where we had a rectangular concrete slab, walkway with pavers and one step. He suggested a curved patio where the walkway flows into it. It's all one piece, all stamped including the step. It has a lot of character. He designed the patio to fit the space, such as curving it around a nearby tree. The front patio (stoop) looks great as well. We love the look of the stamped step. Bryan was helpful with ideas to extend our step instead of leaving an empty spot where we took out a planting area. The driveway is beautiful with a nice curved section going to the side door. Bryan and his crew worked very hard, were courteous and did a quality job. My only complaint is that it took awhile to get going. The start date got delayed a couple times times due to getting permits and their schedule. Once they got going they did a wonderful job. We are very happy with what they did.

He communicated when he’s going to be there. We had to reschedule a couple of times because of snow. He was very good in communicating to me that information instead of me guessing when he’ll come.

Showed up with his crew when he said they would and worked until dark. Very professional. Bryan came back on Sunday (yes a Sunday) to dry the concrete along the seams that had been cut for stress relief. He could have waited until Monday to do this but he told me that he was concerned about cracking along these lines if he waited until Monday - felt the seams were drying too slow. After the driveway and steps were poured it was apparent that the contractor who had built the retaining walls on each side of the driveway/steps completely screwed up the retaining wall installation. To fix the problem - it required the steps to come out and parts of the walls to be rebuilt. The contractor who installed the walls immediately blamed Bryan even though it was clearly her mistake. She did nothing to fix the problem and instead blamed everyone else. She walked away while Bryan stepped up & helped fix the problem. Removed the stairs free of charge and repoured them after the walls had been fixed. He could have walked away and yet he did not. He took responsibility and with his help the work turned out great. Came out in 2012 to do some modifications to the driveway that involved cutting back some of the slab in two areas. He did this very quickly and would not charge me for the work - said it was a small job (compared to pouring a driveway) and wanted it done right. I recommended him to my parents and brother and they had great results with his work. I would hire him again in a second.

Project started on schedule.There was an issue with the concrete through no fault of Creative Concrete, but the plant added a hardener and concrete set up too fast. As a result, concrete had to be removed again. Creative Concrete did the removal and started over with no complaint. Contractor knew it was a problem and did not hesitate to jack hammer out and haul away the concrete. Creative Concrete stayed with the project through 100 degree plus heat until the job was done.Very nice and professional. I would highly recommend.

Creative Concrete did an excellent job. Bryan is very professional and was very helpful in determining the best design, coloring and options for our new patio. The work was performed on schedule and once the job was started, they worked at it each day until it was completed. I'm very happy with the way the patio looks and the overall result of the job. We'd definitely use them again!
