+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY PROVIDED A VERY PLEASANT PHONE RESPONSE ON FIRST CALL. THEY CALLED BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE WHEN THEY SAID HE WOULD BE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WORKED VERY FAST.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY DETERMINED THE SOLUTION NECESSARY TO SOLVE ERROR MESSAGE PROBLEMS AND INABILITY TO OPEN E-MAILS, AND RE-INSTALLED OUTLOOK EXPRESS AND INTERNET EXPLORER.
