Complete Custom Painting offers interior and exterior residential and commercial painting in the Twin Cities and Seven Country Metro Area. Since we were founded in 2005 we have completed hundreds of paint jobs. Our experience is second to none. Our company has a history of maintaining a quality, detailed relationship with its customers. Every bid we give to a customer includes a well thought through description of the work to be completed. We take into consideration the homeowners goals and objectives and customize their job to achieve their desired result.

Description of Work: Nick and his team do amazing work. I had Nick paint the outside of my house, stain my garage and deck, and, create the most beautiful kitchen by painting my old oak cabinets white. Nick and his team are extremely professional and meticulous about their work. I recommend Nick Dettinger highly!

Description of Work: Nick Dettinger and his crew did several projects for us including indoor/outdoor painting and refinishing our front door. They were very flexible, working around our schedule and rainy days. They obviously cared about doing the work to our satisfaction including a re-do of the door which they insisted was not up to standard.

My policy for my company is to do each job well enough to earn a referral. Obviously any type of review where the customer feels they got less than an "A" job will probably not result in a referral. If the review is (sent to us directly or posted on Angie's List) we ALWAYS contact the customer and ask "Is there anyway we can improve our standing in your mind" That may include: doing work for free to prove ourselves, fixing something that may have been missed, apologizing, or an explanation to clear up an unanswered question. While a review less than an "A" is rarely given to my company, I will make an attempt to contact this homeowner and try and improve our standing in their mind. Outside of my immediate family, my business is what I care about most so obviously I want it to be viewed positively, operate well and earn the best reputation possible.

Description of Work: Painted interior 2 story hallways. They did a great job and didn't skimp on details (patching and nail-fills) dispite the short time they had. They were hired for a one day deal and I felt they gave me a very full days worth of work.

We never worked for [Member name removed]. We only had one phone conversation. [Member name removed] purchased a "Big Deal" (2 painters for one day for $399.00). Because of the large volume of deals sold I was scheduling more than 3 weeks out. She wanted the work done before we could be there so she returned the "Big Deal" for a full refund. I politely explained my schedule and she opted out of waiting. I try to be on site for almost every Angie's List Customer so I couldn't get there sooner.

Description of Work: Nick was very responsive and was able to schedule time with us faster than expected. He took care of several drywall problem areas, but matching some intricate wall texture in one room would have added significant time to the project. He explained our options and cost, and we opted for a more basic fix. We didnt use their painting services (painted ourselves), but would consider it in the future.

Nick (the owner) was professional and friendly when he came out to give me the estimate. His crew did the work when they said they would and cleaned up the work area after they were finished. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and I believe you get what you pay for. Complete Custom Painting completed the job as they promised and were priced to get the job. . Overall, I don't have any complaints about the work they did. Next spring I'm going to be staining my new fence and I'll call them back to do the job.

The entire process with Nick, the owner of Complete Custom Painting and Restoration, from the original estimate until project completion was effortless. Nick and his crew were punctual did the work they stated they were going to do efficiently, flawlessly, quietly and cleanly.
Description of Work: Complete Custom Painting and Restoration cleaned and stained our deck and front porch. They also painted all the trim work on the exterior of the house including the columns on the front porch, trim around the doors and windows.
