Complete Custom Painting

Nick called me immediately after I bought the package. We scheduled my job, Nick and another painter showed up at the appointed time, they worked very hard and did excellent work. My kitchen was transformed in 8 hours. As an added benefit, Nick and his crew are very tidy, they cleaned up after the job and I was very very happy with the job!!! I consider Nick's company my go to for all professional painting needs!!! This was an excellent experience. I also received estimates for other painting jobs I have in mind and Nick's estimates were very competitive!!!

All work was completed and done very, very well. Patrick's level of professionalism was outstanding and he went above and beyond with his workmanship. Would highly recommend this company.

Nick and his crew showed up right on schedule. They painted my hard to reach areas, vaulted walls and up the stairs. They did a excellent job I am very pleased with the work, I would hiighly recommend Nick and his crew!

It was the day after the large snow fall and although delayed, he did work it out to come so I wouldn't have to reschedule 6 days later on a weekend. I moved and covered my furniture so his part was the painting and drop cloths for floors. He also provided caulking for my ceiling and patched some holes prior to painting. I got the rooms painted as I wanted so all expectations were met.

He showed up on time and really prepped the area - covered all tile and carpets. He painted walls and trim. He and his crew were precise and efficient. I will use them again!

Nick and his crew were very skilled, and did a fine job painting our walls, getting difficult access points on the ceiling above the stairwell, and being careful with the woodwork. A very positive experience.

Owner and two assistants finished work on time. They did more than I expected.

Painters were right on time. Owner talked to us to determine exact project (which walls, where to stop painting, etc.). Owner brought equipment to reach second story wall while two painters were prepping for the job. When asked, owner told us how long painters had been working for him (five years). Owner left. Two painters started painting and were very efficient and did a great job. Owner returned to check on progress. In just under eight hours, painting of foyer was finished and looked great. Clean up was good. We were happy with our experience and would hire them again.

Nick is a great guy to work with - he was always prompt and thorough and easy to talk to. He came out to our house, measured all the rooms and walls, then produced a detailed estimate. We made one change - we opted for a higher quality paint (SW Duration) and Nick included that at cost. In general, if I were just rating Nick, he'd get straight A's. My only critiques have to do with the subs, and even then we're not talking about any major issues. The ceiling popcorn removal went first, and that was done by a sub. This along with the retexturing accounted for the lion's share of the price, and it was well worth it - our house looks a lot better without the popcorn. The subcontractor who handled that work was messier than I would like but the results were good. So a 'B' for quality. The painting process took a little longer than expected, but Nick was good about keeping us informed (it was extremely hot and humid that week). We did a final walk-through with him and identified the final areas for touch-ups. The final touch-ups and also getting our spare key back took a while longer than expected, so a 'B' for punctuality. Overall, we're happy with the work that was done and the walls and ceiling look great. Nick was also great in that he fit us in on short notice and was very easy to get a hold of whenever we had questions. I'd easily recommend him to anyone.

I used an Angie's List coupon for two painters for one day (I supplied the paint). They were at my house on time, prepped the surfaces to be painted, painted all the walls, window frames and ceiling, and cleaned up beautifully. The room looks fantanstic! I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very impressed that Nick himself came out to inspect the job and assure me that everything would be done right. He even said that he would paint several areas on my ceilings where I had water damage. I didn't have ceiling paint, so Nick checked to see if he had a can in his truck, which he did, and he gave it to the guys to use. They stayed the entire 8 hours I had them, and even painted two walls in another bedroom because they had finished what they had started out to do. They did a very professional job, and cleaned up everything, which I appreciate, as some people who did work on my house, did not.They are a very good company to work with. They do a very professional job. I would strongly recomment using them.

He did a great job. There was some paint that needed to be re done and he came right over. The bid was more then he spent and we used the left over money to another job. He was great. He was extremely professional and helpful. His crew was kind and courteous. The trim work was some of the best painting that I had done. They cleaned up after themselves. Just great experience.

Went great and we will use them again for future painting needs.

Nick and his team are EXCELLENT. Nick walked through everything that needed to get done and then his team proceeded to do outstanding work. They cut in the paint at the ceiling perfectly and the walls look new. They were very polite and hardworking. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their work and attention to detail. They also cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I would use them anytime I need to hire painters.

Used Angie’s List coupon. They showed up on time and did what we asked them to. They were very respectful and professional as well. Have already asked for bid on an exterior paint job we need to have done this summer!

I had purchased an "Angies List Deal" to have a bathroom painted. Nick and his team completed that job and were able to do an additional room and ceiling.They did an excellent job. I hired them to come back and paint a bedroom. From beginning to end, I would give Nick and his team an A++++. Communication, expectations, painting, cleanup, repairs on walls, etc were all done in a highly professional manner. I will call Complete Custom Painting and Restoration for any future painting jobs.

Nick and his guys were on time, and finished on time as well. They were very easy to get along with, and willing to do what ever it took to complete the project on time.

After deciding I couldn't paint another thing in our newly purchased house, I purchased the Angie's List Deal of the Day which was $499 for 2 painters for 8 hours. Nick and his partner arrived just as stated, they were neat and courteous, helpful with their suggestions and did a meticulous job on their prep work and painting. We have a child that has allergies and they were very careful to vaccume while sanding during prep and we very much appreciated that. The job that they finished in one day was such a wonderful surprise to me - they finished so much more than I would have thought. We loved the job so much we hired them a few days later to continue on! Highly recommend!

These two guys did an amazing job and did high quality work. They did more then they thought they were going to be able to do. Nick kept my expectations very realistic for what he thought they would be able to do, but then they still went above and beyond to finished both major areas and did it well. The sanding, patching and prep work went a long way to make the room new again. The area that had water damage - you can't tell anything was ever there. I would highly recommend and would use them for any future painting I needed done.

An excellent job from start to finish. Communicated well through the whole process of setting appointment to selecting paint to finishing the job. Walls were well prepped, including fixing two large holes, filling nail holes, and sanding out previous bad patching. Painting was excellent. Clean up was more than I expected. Floors were vacuumed and surfaces were all wiped clean. Thank you for a great job.

They did an excellent job. They did the job very quickly and were willing to come back if there were any issued but there were not any issues.

Nick's estimate was fair and I could easily understand how he came up with it. Once he got started he realized the sanding and stain on the casing of the windows didn't look dramatically different after hours of work. He suggested that we may just want to have the sash done on the remaining windows and save some money. As an alternative he offered to fix a window that needed replacing by working with a local builder. Rather than getting money back and then having to find a contractor to fix a window, Nick paid for the window to be replaced by working directly with the builder. He finished the sanding and varnishing job on all of our windows within a week and did a great job. We'll have him back on future projects.

The whole job went smoothly from start to finish, even though I had not picked out a paint color for the kitchen...he was very helpful and patient. His assistant was equally helpful and pleasant. The job was finished faster than I had anticipated and cleaned up perfectly.

The estimator came promptly and I was provided a bid with a reasonable price well below many of the other bids. The painting was done using a sprayer for the siding, but a brush/roller for the trim. The end result was very good including clean-up of the worksite. After job completion I noticed some spots that needed more paint and follow-up was good.
