Well, he did my roof without a license and when it was done, he used his friends license to get the permit. The job was supposed to be done Nov 2017. Siding went in on may 2018. Still no gutters, or doors. I took the windows away and am dealing only with them. All his friend(the’contractor’) does is ask for more money...which I will not give. This is an insurance job, he should know he gets paid when it is done. They, Tim quermon ar Q masonry and remodeling, are dishonest, don’t care how it looks. I paid the sliders because they didn’t know when keith(commonbond) would pay them, which is why his license got revoked before we signed up with him.. all lies and cheating. Poor job. Poor customer service. Poor everything. DON’T DON’T. DON’T

The company was referred to my mother-in-law after a job was completed to satisfaction by a family friend. The $16k contract for work completed for her was a disaster. The company assured that they new what they were doing, but started off by buying the wrong size of cedar shingles, and then installing them incorrectly-- leaving large gaps-- over four times. (By the second time, it was clear the crew had NO experience in this area.) Even after they had fixed all of the gaps, there were still areas where they had not installed shingles, and they noted they would address the work later. It never happened. The crew clearly had no expertise in painting, either, as the project was not properly prepared and the paint began to bubble and peel immediately. A few storm windows where painted, while others were not, even as the crew was politely asked to complete the outstanding work. I suspect this company has consistent management but relies on unexperienced day laborers, or they do not bother to match talent to task or see if their crew has experience. My mother-in-law paid before the job was completed, and when she listed the remaining work required, the crew manager was at first making apologies and promises; when no one came to fix anything, the manager grew rude and berated my mother-in-law. To this day, the work is unfinished. DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING.
