Description of Work: They replaced moldy drywall and baseboard from a small water leak, as well as some floor tiles that had rust stains from paint cans standing in water. They cleaned and prepped the area with anti-microbials, replaced drywall and baseboard, painted the new material (including having to remove some shelving to paint and then replace it), replaced floor tile, and did great clean-up. They also needed to do some plumbing work to fix plumbing where the water leak was. They showed up on time, were courteous, kept us informed of progress and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: A hunter mistook my home for a deer and shot out a second story window. Clean Response was at my home within a couple of hours of being called. They cleaned up the billions of shards of tempered glass both inside my home and outside in my landscaping rock and then boarded up the window. The staff were very professional and about business. The bill was about $400 for two men working about 1 1/2 - 2 hours and using less than a half sheet of plywood, some plastic, duct tape, and a few screws. The cost seemed a bit high, but I haven't needed this type of service before so I don't know how much is normally charged.

CLEAN RESPONSE SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT AT FIRST, BUT THEY HAVE TURNED OUT TO BE VERY BAD. THEY HAVE MADE NO EFFORT TO RESTORE MY HOME TO IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION AND APPEARANCE (WHICH IS WHAT I'VE TOLD THEM OVER AND OVER I WANTED DONE) AND I'VE GONE WEEKS, MONTHS, WITH ONLY PROMISES THEY WOULD SHOW UP, UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS AND NO ONE IN MY HOUSE DOING ANY WORK. THEY'VE BLAMED THIS ON SUBCONTRACTORS AND CHANGES IN CLEAN RESPONSE EMPLOYEES OVER THE COURSE OF THE JOB, BUT THE WATER DAMAGE OCCURRED IN FEBRUARY AND NOW IT'S OCTOBER AND THE JOB IS STILL NOT DONE. AND, I DON'T MEAN LITTLE THINGS - I STILL HAVE NO OVEN AND NO CARPETING IN THE FAMILY ROOM. I SUPPOSE ANYONE WITH SERIOUS WATER DAMAGE LIKE I HAD IS GOING TO BE UNHAPPY, BUT CLEAN RESPONSE IS GOING TO ADD TO YOUR TROUBLES. NO PRICE FOR THE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH CLEAN RESPONSE WOULD BE FAIR.

THEY MISSED THE FIRST TWO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS TO REVIEW THE JOB TO BID ON IT. CHRIS WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WHEN THEY ACTUALLY DID THE WORK. PRICES ARE IN LINE WITH OTHER BIDS.
