The worst company I have ever done business with. They show up whenever, they dont wear shoe covers, they dont bring tools, they dont know what they are doing, they dont complete jobs, they constantly change pricing, the owner Bobby lies like crazy!

I called several companies to get an estimate on ice dam removal. I found that most companies, like CWR, don't provide actual estimates only hourly rates and the time it takes for an average job. CWR quoted me $200/hr, which was a bit less than the other companies I had called. He told me that that was for 2 "technicians" and that the average job took 1 - 1.5 hours. I scheduled CWR to come out at 7am the following morning. I told him that I would have to leave at 9 am and he said that it would not be a problem. I waited until almost 9 before leaving for work. I figured that they were going to be a no-show by that point, but my mother-in-law was at the house if they did show up. At 9:25 am I received a call from my mother-in-law saying that one guy was there, but he said he would have to wait for the other guy before starting work. I came home over the lunch hour to find one guy from CWR still on my roof and the second guy nowhere to be found. After I was home for a half hour or so, the second guy came back. They finally finished the work at about 12:45. They packed up their equipment and came in to present me with the invoice at about 1:00. They charged me for 4 hours of work. According to my mother-in-law, they didn't start until about 9:45, so it should have been closer to three hours. I complained about the fact that they were over two hours late, that they were trying to charge me for time that they weren't working and that for at least some of the time there was only one worker there. They were completely unapologetic for being late. They claimed that they both arrived and started working at 9am as if I would believe them over my mother-in-law. They were not budging and I had to get back to work, so I wrote them the check just to get them out of the house. My wife called them the next day to complain about the service we received. Again, he was completely unapologetic. He stuck to his version of events and when my wife told him that we would not be calling him again and we would not be recommending them, he said that he didn't need customers like us.
