They did a great job, I would definitely hire them again!

This is one friendly company! From initial contact to final contact, they were easy going, yet professional, helpful and knowledgable. They returned phone calls promptly with answers. Their quote was the lowest of the four I requested and was by far the most comfortable feeling of the group. They kept me informed about timing of starting the job and allowed me to choose a general time span of two weeks which was honored. The crew chief was pleasant and helped me decide on solid stain by giving examples of the results on the house itself. This was only change that occurred from initial contract and I'm very pleased with the results. The entire process took 3 days and went seamlessly. I was home most of those days and barely noticed working. They were quiet, unobtrusive, and made sure I had easy exit and entrance from the house. Their equipment was kept right where I suggested. The cleanup afterwards was complete and all I was left with was a beautiful home looking 10 years younger! I paid by check but credit card was also available. From start to finish it has been an excellent service. I would recommend them highly and without reservation!

We needed the job done in a short timeframe, and they were very accommodating. Due to a severe storm, some of the stain on the deck was washed away and they agreed to come and do repairs for no extra cost. Up-front quote was very professional and informative. Workers were very professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

I hired CertaPro Painters to do some interior painting. They were responsive and friendly. However, I was not told upfront that this company subcontracts out painting to other painters and thus a premium in price. Of course, I will learn from this next time. I was not happy with the quality of the painting as I expected and was promised two coats of paint. It was abundantly clear and glaringly obvious that I did not receive two coats of paint in certain areas; however, after contacting the painter who did the work, he did come back and correct and complete the project, though never admitting that it was not properly done the first time.

They were very good about providing an on-site consultation and estimate. They followed up with reminder calls prior to the work and worked around our busy schedule. The workers were very friendly, clean and professional. I would recommend them to others and use them again for any exterior paint work we might need in the future.

They were very professional and were on time. They discussed with me the difficulty in removing where there are particular stains and they went ahead gave a little bit more aggressive treatment there and it worked out great. We are happy with the results.
