Marty was AMAZING from start to finish! We met Marty through a friend who recommended him. He was the second Realtor to come out and to an evaluation of the home we were selling. I was so impressed with him from the start. The first realtor that came out obviously wanted to just get a quick sale. Marty did a thorough walk through of our home, suggested a realistic price for it, and listed it promptly. We sold within 11 days of listing for a price that was exactly what he thought we could get for our home. Not only is Marty experienced with the whole marketing portion of real estate, but is has tons of experience with everything to do with homes...remodeling, maintenance, all of it. When we sat down with our builder for our new home, he joined us and made wonderful suggestions, all of which we implemented in the design of our new homes, and many of which we never would have thought of without his expertise. All through our building process he was there for us, and has continued to be even after our close. The BEST thing about Marty is that he made the selling and buying process fun. He is not stuffy at all, and we truly enjoyed working with him. We would highly recommend him to any friend or family member, and will DEFINITELY use him if we ever move again!
