CATALINA CARPETS LLC

Great! I called them after having a terrible experience with Home Depot. Mike, from Catalina Carpets, had good ideas of how to repair rather than replace the whole floor again to save me money. Replaced all of the quarter round with real oak wood vs the fake wood that Home Depot had installed.....and put in the right color! Home Depot had put in dark quarter round that matched the floor rather than the baseboard that it was in front of. Looked much better!! I also had a place in front of my patio door that the previous owner's dog had scratched holes in the carpet. I had requested that Home Depot cut out that place and replace it with the same floor as the rest. I had been told, "Sure, no problem." But....no one could figure out how to do it...until Mike came. He said "of course. I just have to level out this concrete beneath it." (My house is a single level townhome on a concrete slab.) It turned out beautifully!! Exactly what I had been looking for! Can't wait to call him again, hopefully soon, when I want to replace the carpet in my townhome also. I know that a great job will be done. Thanks Mike!

The entire process was painless and I would not only recommend them, but I would use their services again.

We are getting our house ready to sell next spring and needed new carpeting and flooring. Mike came out and spent a lot of time helping us decide on colors and type of carpeting and kitchen flooring to match the paint colors we had picked out., and was willing to hold the carpeting in his warehouse for a few months while we had other work done. The installation took 3 full days and the installers were very friendly, hard workers and made sure everything was done correctly. They put all our furniture back and cleaned up everything before they left, and the end result is even better than we'd had hoped for - absolutely beautiful!

I spent $1100 on that service. There are two things about them and one is their price and the other is their timeliness, so I call them and they can be replacing carpeting within a week.

They have a good selection that is in stock of their carpets in their warehouse in Hugo. They are competitively priced, and they are extremely flexible with their schedule.
