Went great. He is very flexible and carpet looks great. While he can be a little difficult to reach, it is worth the wait. With his low prices I am sure he is pretty busy. I have recommended him to several friends and family members and they also will use him again in the future.

We have used Bob in the past (4 years ago) to install carpet in our new home, on main and top floor. The carpet installation was reasonably priced. The only issue was the visible seam in all the places where carpet pieces had to be butt-joined, especially in our Master bedroom. But, overall good work. We wanted to go with him once again for the basement carpeting. He stopped by our house with a few samples and we picked one just to get an idea about the total cost. After receiving the estimates from him in an email, we wanted to finalize and schedule the service, but using another carpet to fit our budget. We tried to contact him multiple times over the phone, through email and using Angie's list messaging, but he has not responded. This does not seem professional.

Found Bob to be very friendly and professional. Had found a carpet at a retail store we really liked, and Bob was able to locate it for us. He worked around our construction timeline to schedule our installation. He and his sons arrived on time, and worked very efficiently, as well as being friendly. Great experience from beginning to completion!

We Purchased a bank owned property the 1st week in April. I contact Robert after viewing his ads on craigslist and the reviews here on Angies list. Bob responded quickly, came out with samples and measured. The quote received was well below most competitors for the same products. I hired Robert to install carpets in our new purchased home, He was flexible for scheduling and came out right on time with his crew. They competed the project in less than 1 day and cleaned up and hauled away the old flooring at no additional charge. When Robert tells you no hidden charges, he means it. Other companies wanted extra money for tear up of old, Pad, stairs etc... We'll be needing the basement done later this year and I wont hesitate to give the business to Robert. I have already referred several friends to him. Great guy great service!

Round two with Bob. It went great this time as well. We completed the remodeling of a second bedroom and Bob finished it off with the carpet we wanted. When we complete a remodel of the next bedroom we will have him out yet again. :)

Called Bob on the phone to arrange a carpet install in my basement and we agreed on a price and date. He told me to email him my address and all the details we talked about on the phone. He verbally gave me his email address and I confirmed it on this website and his. After emailing him (The email went through) I never heard back and I expected he got the email. On our installation day he never showed up. After calling him several times he returned my phone call to tell me he never got the email. He was not very apologetic at all considering I just moved all of my furniture out of my basement. I asked him for his personal email address so I could forward the original email address and asked him to fit me into his schedule the next week. Four days later he finally got back to me and said he was booked until the end of the month. I was forced to go with a different installer. Very unprofessional I would not recommend using Bob or his company for your carpet needs.

Bob quickly returned my initial message and arranged a time to provide an estimate that fit my schedule. After discussing the specifics of my project (12 by 18 foot bedroom) and desire for a quick installation, Bob was able to make time on a Saturday which was a huge help. I will be using him once the next bedroom remodel is completed.

We did a research of the company for our son and the work turned out very well. They came out right away and had very competitive rates. They provided good service as well. They were easy to get along with.

Couldn't be more satified. I was worried that salemen were going to take me for a ride with the costs but Bob isn't out to break then bank with his estimates. He provides a good product for a cheap price. I loved it.
