+ -1 moreThey are very professional and courteous. They marked some of my property in wooden stakes but by the time other companies were there to work the wooden stakes had rotted. I would advice that you pay the extra for metal stakes.
Description of Work: They surveyed my property in anticipation of a fence and a garage.

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. I FAXED THEM THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF OUR PROPERTY. THEY MAILED OUT A CONTRACT WHICH I MAILED BACK WITH A DEPOSIT. THE TWO MAN CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME. OUR PROPERTY IS VERY HILLY AND THEY HAD TO SPEND SOME EXTRA TIME CLEARING AWAY BRUSH TO FIND ONE OF THE PROPERTY MARKERS. EVEN WITH THE EXTRA TIME, THEY STUCK TO THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. THEY WERE $400 CHEAPER THAN ANOTHER COMPANY I TALKED TO.
Description of Work: THEY LOCATED LOT IRONS AND PLACED POINTS ON LINE. DID NOT INCLUDE DRAWING.

+ -1 moreDANA WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, ALWAYS CALLED OR E-MAILED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, ALWAYS RETURNED CALLS WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME. HE WAS AGREEABLE ABOUT CHANGES IN THE SCOPE THAT OCCURRED WHILE WE WERE PLANNING THE PROJECT. HE ALSO PUT FORTH AN EXTRA EFFORT TO MEET OUR TIMELINE, AND DELIVERED THE PROJECT ON TIME.
Description of Work: BOUNDARY SURVEY WITH CERTIFICATE (DRAWING), LOCATING EXISTING BOUNDARY LINES, EXISTING & NEIGHBORING BUILDINGS, DRIVEWAYS/ROADS/VISIBLE UTILITIES, AND LOCATING/MARKING PROPERTY CORNERS.
