Description of Work: My computer appeared dead but apparently the battery was discharged and it wasn't responding after charging at home. Since it didn't really have an issue, they checked it for updates (it had one that was incomplete) and even showed me how to remove my laptop's keyboard for cleaning. Very professional, friendly, helpful. I will definitely make this my go-to computer place!

+ -1 moreThe company recently opening a service center in Chanhassen, so I was happy to find someone familiar with Apple systems that could come to my home in Eden Prairie. John helped replace my five year old Time Capsule, two express extenders, add a 16 port Gig switch and replace several cables to bring them up to Cat5 specifications. This work was compounded by the fact that during this time, my landscaper ran over my Comcast Cable with a Bobcat which ruptured the cable. So, Comcast replaced my cable drop, and I buried it myself to insure it was deep enough to avoid future and quot;drive overand quot; problems. Through out trouble-shooting these complex issues, John Ellmaker, never once blamed someone else for the problem, but relentlessly eliminated one possible cause after another, until the integrated system was working perfectly. It took four trips to our house to get this done, and I am happy with the results. This is a locally owned and properly financed expanding business. I highly recommend their services!
Description of Work: Provided extensive trouble-shooting helping with an Apple Time Capsule upgrade. Home system is complex with an integrated cable, internet, security, cctv monitoring, several Apple devices, audiovisual and Sonos audio system.
