I appeared at their store and less than 30 minutes later, the repair was done!

Perfect. I bought my mom a bracelet as a birthday gift at the state fair and the first day she wore it, the pin used to make the bracelet bigger fell out. I had taken to another reputable jeweler TWICE to have the pin put back in the bracelet, when I finally decided I needed to go somewhere else. I was so impressed as Buchkosky also found another pin that was loose in the bracelet AND he checked my bracelet which was the same as mom's for free to make sure I didn't have any loose pins.

Talked with goldsmith at the store in rosedale and discussed options. He said it would be 12 days & he would do it in store. Was done on time and the ring looked beautiful. Very happy with the workmanship.

I forget the actual price, but I do remember I was happy with it. I was nervous about going to a mall jewelry store, but I read Angie's list reviews and decided to try them out. I was pleased. They smoothed out his band and polished it to look brand new. I was happy with the customer service and the work to the ring.

They responded the next morning to my initial email, and gave me an estimate of the cost, subject to examination, and instructions for shipping the eyeglasses to them. They sent another email when they received the package and examined the eyeglass frame, and confirmed the original price quote. They sent another email the next day, saying they had been shipped back. I mailed my glasses to them on a Monday, and if I remember correctly, the Post Office brought them back on a Thursday. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent.

I have been going there on and off for about fifteen years. I most recently had them repair a watch for me. They were very good to work with. They are trustworthy and I feel like I can trust them with my jewelry. They do very good work. I have had some jewelry designed with them and they have always done good work. They are very courteous and they know what they are doing.
