Description of Work: I have some decorative brick work around the exterior of my house. A few of the bricks were pulling loose. They were re-mortared and fixed. The work was great and it was so nice to find a craftsman that didn't have to have a huge job in order to do it. This was probably 5 bricks that needed repair. It looks great. |

Description of Work: Robert did an awesome job of cleaning out and repairing cracked mortar joints, fixed a block that had a hole and resurfaced several blocks of the house foundation by the garage door. He took time to review the issues and explain the causes. He was very thorough in fixing the cracks. I definitely would hire again!

Description of Work: Bruce came to look at my situation with the brick. We were able to discuss how to solve the problem. We even discuss other issues other than the brick. He was very professional and helpful!

Description of Work: I needed to have some tuck pointing done on my brick home. Bruce was professional, did a complete job and took his time to explain the process to me. I was very happy with the results.

Description of Work: The exterior of our fireplace chimney needed mortar repair and a new cap as well as some concrete replaced at either side of the base. Bruce Industrial came out on time and did a methodical exam of the chimney. Then, they provided a written estimate which I accepted. The work was accomplished within the timeframe we discussed and at the cost in the estimate. The area was cleaned up very well. We were totally satisfied. And, I need to mention, the job was done for $900 less than my other bidder.

Description of Work: Robert patched some crumbling cement blocks in my garage, caused by salt melting off the cars in the winter. He patched the concrete, in places rebuilding up the missing concrete. He then recommended a water sealer and applied it a month later, after the cement patch had dried and cured. | |Robert was great at communicating when he could come, and when we had to reschedule due to inclement weather. Description of Work: The repair work was delayed bit because of rainy weather, but Mr. Ebert kept me informed about the project status. The house has brick trim that comes half-way up along the front of the house. The section to the right of the garage door had separated from the house. Mr. Ebert took the bricks down and put the bricks back up in proper position. Waterproofing was applied behind the bricks and caulking was applied around the bricks. The front steps were also repaired. Two corners had broken off the front steps where the railing posts had been secured. Mr. Ebert removed the loose cement, cleaned the corners, and repaired the corners by putting hydrolic cement around the posts.

Description of Work: This was one of three proposals for tuckpointing at my home. I asked all companies to propose two separate bids, one for the 5 courses around the base of my house, the other to tuckpoint/repair the chimney. I did this because I was not sure I would be able to afford both jobs at once. Bruce Industrial only gave me the bid for the base courses repairs, not for the chimney. I went with someone else.
