ITS ONLY BEEN A MONTH SINCE I HAD THIS GROUTED AND ALREADY IT HAS STARTED TO PEEL OFF. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TWICE IN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS AND STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.

HAD ONE WORKER COME OUT AND DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK FOR US ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE SUMMER. TOO BAD HE HAD TO DO IT WHEN NO ONE ELSE AT THE COMPANY WOULD. SOUNDED LIKE HE DID IT TO COVER FOR THE BOSS --- THEY WERE HAVING MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS....AGAIN, NOT A COMPANY I''D PICK EVER AGAIN!
Description of Work: ROOF REPAIR TO STOP LEAK. REFLASHING AROUND CHIMNEY AND CAULKING AROUND SHED DORMER. INSTALLED DORMER GUTTER AND DRIP EDGE. WAS TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. DID OK WITH INITIAL WORK, BUT WHEN CONTACTED AGAIN BECAUSE LEAKING ROOF PROBLEM NOT FIXED, WAS GIVEN THE RUNAROUND. HAD TO GO IN PERSONALLY SEVERAL TIMES TO TALK WITH JOE BROST (OWNER), AND ONLY AFTER REPEATED VISITS/PHONE CALLS DID SOMEONE COME OUT AND DO THE WORK RIGHT. NOT A COMPANY TO MESS WITH.

DIDNT BRING A LADDER TO PAINT, DIDNT BRING TEXTURIZER AND COULD NOT FIX THE CABINETS. THEY WASTED A LOT OF TIME AND CHARGED ME BY THE HOUR. DIDNT PAINT RIGHT. TRIED TO CHARGE ME 1800.00.
