+ -1 moreI am putting a relative's property up for sale. The court has required that I have two appraisers look at the property to determine its value. My attorney suggested BRKW Appraisals as one of the appraising companies. Michael J. Bettendorf came out and inspected the property. About two weeks later, he sent me a detailed report of his findings. He did a fine job.
Description of Work: This appraiser came to my mother's house to perform an appraisal on the property. He walked around the house, took photographs, and measurements.
