He was good. His quality was good but he was a little late.

Ryan met with us twice providing a free estimate, suggested options for floor tile and explained the installation process. We told him when we would be ready for the work to start and he began the installation as scheduled. Everything went very well.

They took great care in installing the backsplash. There were tiny pieces that made it more difficult than the standard tile. They did a great job. I wouln't hesistate to recommend them to friends.

Ryan quickly responded to our request for an estimate. He gave great advice about the type of tile that would work best. Once we made a tile choice, he quickly gave us a detailed estimate. The work was done on schedule. He was careful to protect our wood floors when he worked. On the last day, everything was cleaned up beautifully. We are very happy with the results and have had many compliments.

We thought it was a very positive experience. Ryan was very helpful by offering different suggestions on what tile and colors to use. Ryan showed up on the days he said he would and continously kept us involved in the project.

They never actually submitted a quote so I was disappointed with that. I thought the interaction with the person that came out was good. They were enthusiastic about the project and asked all the right questions. They walked me through potential issues. They came out quickly to get the information for the quote but they never followed through. They came when they said they would. He was professional when I talked to them but it was unprofessional not to get me a quote. At the end of the day I didn?t get what I wanted.

Ryan was the only one of four contractors to take the time and care to inspect the shower closely enough to find the small cracks around the drain and in other grout joints that could account for our problem. Ryan re-grouted those joints. We may still need to replace the shower...but I was impressed that Britton looked for a less costly and less invasive solution first. Ryan was punctual, courteous and knowledgable. I would recommend Britton Tile.

I was interested in this company because they're in Eagan and so am I. I called twice, leaving a message that I would like an estimate on a job and never got a response. I'm NOT impressed.

It went well. Completed project in a timely fashion

It was a good meeting. Until I see all bids and proposals I will not be in a position to make a decision. They were knowledgeable and proactive. They had value added suggestions. I was impressed with the gentleman that came out.

Ryan was courteous, professional, and the work is beautiful. His hours were flexible. The cost of supplies & work were consistent with his estimate. The work was completed quickly & we are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the job.

Ryan was wonderful to work with. The quality of his work was excellent, and I was very happy with the finished result. The tile company I ordered the tile from made a mistake in my order, and it had to be reordered. Ryan was great at checking on the status of the delivery and picked it up as soon as it arrived and worked hard to complete the job on time. I would highly recommend him.

Ryan did a wonderful job! He was very personable and he did the bid himself. He knew my price range and gave me several options. He got me a discount on supplies. He worked hard and was done in three days. Professionally done!
