Our 9-year-old water heater quit working last night. The thermocouple had failed and needed to be replaced; not a job for an amateur. I called Breski Plumbing at 8:30pm and left a message, and followed up with an email providing the make and model and a description of the problem. Jeremy returned my call first thing this morning, and Ryan came out with the right parts and had the problem fixed and the water heater working again by 10am. They're responsive, fast, courteous, and charge a reasonable price for excellent service. What more can you ask for?

The job went smoothly. They arrived at 8:30am as planned and were done with the work in about an hour and 15 minutes. No surprises, issues, or unexpected, extra costs. They were very independent and were focused on getting the work done. I was pleased with their professionalism and quality of work - they also cleaned up their work area and were careful to keep our stairs and hallway that they had to go back and forth through covered and clean. I would definitely consider Breski Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

Jeremy at Breski Plumbing contacted me within one day of my purchase of the Deal of the Day and scheduled the replacement of my water heater in less than a week. They arrived early, laid down clean tarps on the floors, installed the new water heater and removed and hauled away the old water heater. The area they worked was clean and the water heater functions perfectly. They were approachable professionals and finished the job in less than 2.5 hours. I am extremely happy with the service, the product and the value.

Jeremy Masloski was the person who came out. I called, he called back with in 15 minutes and he was out to my house in an hour. When he came out, he looked at the problem. He evaluated it and he checked to see if it was on a warranty. It was under warranty and I didn't have to pay for the piece. He was honest with me and now he has a lifetime customer. Another business quoted me $1700 for the same exact job.

My overall experience with them was excellent. They were the owner as well as the plumber. They were prompt and did a good job.
