Description of Work: Not professional at all, we planned to buy one of their quick move houses and put money down on it, the builder was completely unprofessional and would not work with us on a thing even down to putting in a door. Would never buy or recommend a house built by this builder.

+ -1 more.We committed to build a new home with Brandl Anderson. We are currently in the pre-dig phase. The builder is very flexible with modifications to the existing plans and willing to work with us to make sure we have what we want. It is important to look at all the costs for items you may want included. Some were part of the plan, some very cheap to include and some were very expensive (we decided we could do them for a lot less ourselves). Brandl is working with us to simplify the meeting schedule since we are out of town. The only downfall is it is up to the buyer to have temporary housing arranged if you have to sell your present home first. Then handle the storage of your household goods and any pets until your move in date. You need to read all the selection paperwork to ensure that what you thought you selected was documented correctly. We kicked the paperwork back twice. Brandl had no problem making changes to get things correct. Over all we are happy so far. Updates to come.
Description of Work: Building a new home. We have gone through the floor plan selection, Lot selection, Floor Plan modification, Selection of finishes, contract and upgrade process.

Description of Work: New home builder - had toured some of their homes and were pleased with the quality; however, when it came to building our house they started using cheaper contractors for the work and the quality was significantly impaired from what we wanted and expected and paid for.
