Despite the months on the market and many private showings, we never lost confidence in Bob's ability to sell the house. He remained engaged and actively worked to market the house. He has great expertise and deep experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, tremendous responsiveness, high integrity, and strong follow-through. We appreciated working with him!
Description of Work: We hired Bob Reidell to sell our 5BR/4BA Highland Park (St. Paul) home during a very difficult housing market (2009/2010). In the end and after about 18 months on the market, our house finally sold and closed in February 2011.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent. Our house was very tough to sell. The time and effort he put in to sell our home was tremendous. We did approximately 100 private showings. He also brought in a stager at our request and they were very cheap. He was able to do a detailed analysis of the people who looked at our home in order to help us sell our home.
Description of Work: He charged 6%. He listed and sold our home.
