The difficulty with our place is that we have no garage, and our driveway faces a huge lot to the North. So we get big drifts. If it's 3" in your yard, it's 2' in our driveway. Blizzard came out to clear our driveway when we had no cars parked there. Clean as a whistle. A few days later, the drifts came in. Then the city came to clean up our street. Huge berm. If I were 30 years younger, I'd be out there with a shovel. Two cars trapped. They came out and cleaned up the end of our driveway. Again, clean as a whistle.

I send an email, then had to call twice. The final call (at 5 pm) the office person said I was on the "list" and my driveway would be plowed that night. I then received an email from Jake (at 6:30pm) stating that it would cost $55-60 because "I must not have seen your location and went off your driveway size. Sorry houses 10+ minutes away from another house need to be charged more or I will lose money. " I had contracted with him on Dec 1st for $40 a time. After I said I would share my experience on Nextdoor he then sent an email stating he would honor the $40 contract. I cancelled the contract and ended up shoveling the driveway myself at 8pm that night. Not a way to treat customers and only honoring a contract when they are going to get bad press. Would highly not recommend.

It went very well. The only improvement would be to move the piles a bit further from the drive, to provide better vision when we enter the street.

They are very good. They are a good company and I'm glad I found them on Angie's List.

They did not do a good job, our drive way and walk way are not very angular and they plowed into some of our perennial garden beds.

Didn't do it. First talked a lot about the fact that they don't do sidewalks. Finally decided that they probably couldn't do my driveway either because it is connected to an alley....I guess they only do parking lots. You might add that to your ad to save us all time. At least they answered which is more I can say for the other 6 I contacted.

This company also has a lawn service. I had them remove leaves they were prompt and professional and did a great job. I hired them for winter snow removal and they sent a truck out the same day to clean up snow that the plows had loaded up in front of our driveway.

My husband made arrangements with David and paid the total rate for the seasonal snow plowing ( no sidewalk shoveling). He told David we had a steep driveway and gave him our address. After the first snowfall of over 2 inches, the driveway was plowed. On the second snowfall, we must have been plowed early in the morning after we left for work (according to David). When we got home early in the evening, after it had snowed all day, the driveway was full of snow. My husband called David to say our driveway wasn't plowed, David said it had been plowed once, but he would send someone, which he did. On the third snowfall we got home from work and our driveway was full of snow. I called on and off for 3 hours-the phone rang but there was no way to leave a message. Eventually, I got a hold of David through email, who said our driveway had been plowed once and he'd send someone out again. No one came. After 10:00 PM, I received an email from David saying he had been notified that our driveway was too steep for them to safely plow. He said he thought he should refund our money. A few days later a check for $150.00 came in the mail from David. We initially paid $375 and our driveway was cleared twice and even then, once we had to call before it was cleared. We would like a full refund. If our driveway was too steep to safely plow, why weren't we notified in the beginning so we could find another person to plow?

He never did it. But if he had he seemed sure his truck drivers would damage things. Glad we didn't do business

Contacted provider by phone. Left message about wanting estimate to remove snow from sidewalks and driveways for myself and neighbor. Have never heard back from him.

And tell me to contact Angie's List for a refund rather than them telling Angie's List they weren't doing the contract. I really didn't want to give them a grade because they don't deserve an F, but they don't deserve an A either. So I picked a B. Won't hurt them too bad in the long run but doesn't give them a top grade for doing nothing either (Angie's List made me pick something and they won't stop harassing my to do a review).

To be fair, this was a difficult year to make a detailed review - mainly because we had very little snow. But the provider did provide the service during the few snow events. There were a few times when it was not quite clear if the snow would be removed since the snowfall was right on the border of being a serviceable event. But when prompted via email, I did get a quick response. A plow never provides as clean a driveway as a shovel or snowblower, so some extra cleanup work (by us) was sometimes needed in order to keep the driveway walkable. But I would have no problem using them again.

Finally! ...After two years of dealing with the biggest jerk in the snow plow universe....Blizzard comes into our lives, and they show up without having to beg them ! And they do a great job ! I know it's early in the season but so far so good ?. The plow guy that does our area I can only hope never retires..

I had talked to David on 4 different occasions. The first was to inquire if he was able to plow snow at my driveway for the winter season. I explained my situation of my driveway (very steep incline) and he said he would get out to look at in in the next few days. This first contact was approximately 8 days ago. I spoke to him 3 days after that first discussion and he indicated that he didn't get a chance to get out to check my property yet, fair enough, people get busy I get it. So I called him 2 days later and it was like it was the first discussion with me all over again!! He thought he got out there to see it but he couldn't find any of the paperwork to confirm if they went there or not. He tried to pull it up on the satellite and see if the plow work could be done, he couldn't confirm anything due to heavy tree cover at my home. Finally, I called today for the 4th (and final time) and asked if he had got a chance to come by to look, it was like deja vu...like having the first discussion all over again. He again tried to pull it up on satellite to confirm what I had already known (he wouldn't be able to tell anything!) He explained that he just got thru the first major snowstorm (understandable) but that storm just happened this past weekend. I talked to him originally ~5 days PRIOR to that first storm so that is a poor excuse. All in all, VERY underwhelmed at organization, follow through, customer courtesy and professionalism.

Very satisfied. Timely response after each snow fall. Gave $25.00 discount for using Angie's List. Other residents in alley did not contribute.

Prompt, good communications, a lifesaver during the heaviest snowfall of the season. We were out of town and came back to a clean driveway :))

They do a fantastic job considering Minnesota winters. Everyone wants their alley done first of course, hence the B rating for Punctuality and Responsiveness. We plan to use them again next year and highly recommend this company.

Removed 3 feet of snow (post vacation) from small residential driveway. It was not snowing on that day, so he was able to do the job within 2 hours of my call.

Called to get a quote on 1-time and a season pass. Pulled up my house on Google Earth and quoted the 1-time plow. Arrived at the house that day and completed the plow within 30 minutes. Quoted the season pass, said that one of the plows does have customers in this neighborhood, so I should call again if interested in a season pass. It was a favorable experience.

David was responsive, professional and accommodating. He did a great job and was flexible in his schedule. I would highly recommend him!

I had a lot of questions prior to beginning my seasonal contract for snow removal and they did a superb job of thoroughly answering my questions and responding promptly to my inquiries. They have done snow removal once this year so far and did a very good job. It was not excellent but keep in kind that I can be too much of a perfectionist! For example, I wish the entire driveway was plowed (instead of leaving the sides and section by garage door undone) and I wish the end by the street was done better. However, that part could have been caused by the county snowplows - perhaps an unavoidable reality! That said, I still would highly recommend this service provider. It is awesome not to worry about how I'm going to take care of snow removal. They are reliable and responsive - a rare combination!

He was apologetic that he couldn't help me.

I had purchased a big deal to have my driveway plowed for the season. they contacted me within a couple hours to inform me that there were several factors that made my driveway to difficult for them to plow and that I should request a refund. While i am not happy that they didnt wan't to do my driveway, I am very happy that they were up front about it rather than having issues later on.
