Wonderful, He was just great. Since, when I've called him for help about plumbing matters he has gotten back to me right away and been super helpful. I'd highly recommend his services.

The faucets in the shower were slow. I decided to replace the usual problem: washers. Not so easy in a set of faucets that haven't been touched in probably a decade. Long story short, "discretion is the better part of valor", and I decided to call in a pro. My neighbors on "Nextdoor" (You are a member, right??? You should be!) recommended Dave. When we (and I do mean WE) opened up the wall it was revealed that all that was holding the pipes and fittings together was rust and corrosion. I am VERY lucky that things didn't explode and flood the lower floors. Dave did great work, and the price was fair. The thing I liked was that some tasks that he could have done and charged me for (taking out the old framing that covered the plumbing area and building a new one) he handed off to me. As soon as he was comfortable that I wasn't going to screw things up he said "have at it". This morning I took a shower for the first time since the repair. Bliss! Highly Recommended!

I did not hire this business. I cannot rate this business or indicate if I would hire them again because I have not worked with them. Please design a simple way for members to indicate that on these reviews!! Angie's list is wasting my time.

Excellent. Informed me of what was needed to perform the job. Added shut off valve and helped install the new oven. Tested for leaks and showed me how he tested. At the end of the day I felt good about the job that it was done correctly.

My hot water heater broke down during Minnesota's coldest days. A valve broke and was pouring hot water everywhere. I started contacting plumbers on Angies List. Naturally, because it was so freezing cold, many people were having major problems with frozen pipes and no heat. I left messages. But Dave answered his phone directly. He called me back as soon as he could get to paper and pen to write down my details. He asked me to describe where the water was leaking. When I did, he knew exactly what the problem was.. He purchased the part and came over in between major jobs. The problem was corrected within a couple of hours of my phone call.

We had several questions for Dave and he was very patient and thorough answering our questions and then helped us decide which of our problems to tackle first. In fact, he found a subtle problem and fixed it with little additional cost. His estimate was a little higher than it actually cost to do the work. He finished his work efficiently and gave us advice on a couple of items which we could do ourselves. He alerted us to a larger problem to be aware of but said his repair should last several years and we could put it off until we had the need and funds to complete the job. Dave was extremely helpful with a nice, professional demeanor.

I called Dave at 7:31am because my sump pump was making a very loud noise. We determined over the phone that the pump probably needed to be replaced. Dave was able to come out to my house with a new pump at a determined time in the afternoon. He reviewed the situation and determined that my old pump could probably keep working, but should probably be replaced soon anyway because it was old and corroded. I went ahead and had him replace it, which I was glad for. He had to fashion a pipe fitting and cut some pipe to make the new one fit. The new one is also of material that should not corrode and has much more power. He was quick in his work and pleasant through the process. He explained what he was doing and how I could do it again if necessary. When he was done, he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at before he left. After he left, he called back because he thought he had left a piece of Styrofoam from the new pump's box on the floor and wanted to make sure no one tripped on it. Very conscientious. Price was VERY reasonable. Will definitely refer and use him again.

He was on time, conscientious, friendly and explained everything that he needed to do. He did a great job and was done in no time. We had not asked him to take care of the 2nd toilet when we arranged for him to come but he took the extra time to take care of that issue also. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will know I have a plumber to call when I need something in the future.

He was very friendly and helpful in explaining things so I can take care of the pipe for the winter. He cleaned up any mess he made. He also answered my questions about other things and gave me some advise. Would definetly use this company again and recomend him to others.

Dave was very responsive. I left a message giving specific details about what I needed and when. He called back and was able to work into the schedule. He told me his pricing and an estimate of how long it would take and was pretty right on. I had what turned out to be unrelated dishwasher issue but he answered my question over the phone and got it up and running in no time.

If you want a terrific experienced personal plumber, this is your guy. He's a little old school, but knows what works and will make sure that your job will continue to be a good experience after he leaves. He is prompt, has all the parts on his truck, cleans up after himself and is very reasonable. Hire this man !!

Dave was really great. We chatted while he worked, and he showed me everything he was doing. He also showed me some tricks for getting the caulking under the lip around the sink so that I could (eventually) re-do the temporary fix myself. Hopefully, this will help the countertop survive until I can afford to replace it. I was very pleased by the work that Dave did. He was extremely professional, but also very personable. I asked for an extra business card so that I can refer him to friends. Without a doubt, I will call him again when I need plumbing work done.

Dave was there all of 20 minutes. I didn't discuss his fee's prior to the appointment. He replaced a stem valve in a Moen shower control and did a fine job. I just think charging 100 dollars for less than 30 minutes work is a bit much. My bad for not questioning the rates prior to his arrival.

Dave was quick to answer my call and set up a convenient time. He completed the work quickly and even spent time helping me figure out a plan for a shower install without charging me. He even called me after he left to provide advice. I would recommend Dave's plumbing for any job.

Big Dave is consistently competent and able to get the job done when he says he will. I appreciate the fact that Dave explains to me what the issues are and the options for fixing the problem. He has been particularly helpful with the challenges of a house where prior owners have done do-it-yourself, non-professional work. Dave also teaches me about potential trouble spots that he sees with the plumbing, and I'm sure has saved me trouble by giving me tips on how to keep problems from happening. He's even good to my dog. Five stars.

The plumber was on time, and discussed the options first. He told us what we could do to keep the cost down. He also told us how to keep the new faucets working well.
