Better Business Innovations

He was supposed to do all of the work in April, instead he did most of it in May. He would scream at me, and tell me I wasn't paying him enough money for what I was asking. He would just scream and scream about how he wasn't getting enough money, even though the contract stated what work the insurance was covering. My insurance company explained what he was supposed to be doing, and he threatened to walk out on our contract if he didn't get paid immediately. I wrote him a check for the money in the end of May, and then I would continually get lies about why they weren't showing up to do the work. I then found out he was using false names, and owed the dumpster company money under his false name. I was continually at my home when they were supposed to be there and they never showed up. When I decided to file a complaint, I found out that he had filed for a new license with the state of MN and lied about the name and how long he had been in business. The man from the department of labor told me that he hadn't had a license for the 10 years that he was stating. He was previously in IL under a few different company names. His previous license had to have been a fradulant license.

My house had damages from a hail storn in May 2011. I had leaks in the house as well as damage to my siding and gutters. I tried to call my insurance company and they did not pay for all my repairs or damages. I also had to pay out of pocket to get the leaks fixed again because it was reoccuring. Unfortunately, the leaks started again and luckily Better Home Innovations were in the area putting on roofs and approached my house asking if i was taken care of. They were professional, courtious, and very respectful. They went into detail the whole process with getting claims done and represented me when the adjuster came out to inspect the damages. They were able to get my roof fixed with the new architectural shingles, replace my gutters, and replace my whole siding because of they didn't make my perticular siding anymore. I told my friends, family, and neighbors about Better Home Innovation and they even gave me a finders fee for each referral.
