Even before we signed an agreement or promised to use her services, Beth took a lot of time to walk us through the options when we first discussed moving from our old home. She gave us market analysis on what to expect if we were to sell our home, as well as what it would take to keep the home and rent it out. When we asked for information, she gave us full information. When we asked for her informed opinion, she gave us her opinion and rationale. In the end we decided to sell the house once we had an offer accepted on a new home. We unexpectedly found the new home much sooner than we imagined and Beth and her staff leaped to action at the drop of a hat to help us get an offer in a new listing and negotiate successfully with the sellers. Thrilled to have an offer accepted, we needed to move up our selling timeline on the old house. Beth and her staff worked with us to quickly prepare and list our house. I was very impressed with how they marketed the house and the pictures taken by the photographer Beth had selected. During a still sluggish market, we received an offer within a week of the listing and ultimately got very close to our original asking price. During the whole process, Beth and her staff were quick to respond to any question or concern. When the mortgage broker we selected messed up, threatening our purchase, Beth pointed us to a superstar mortgage broker who went above-and-beyond in fixing the mess. We always felt that she listened to and responded to our concerns, and patiently explained things without talking down to us. She brought up concerns with houses we hadn't considered, such as resell challenges, making us feel that she was invested in finding the right house for us, not just a quick sell. Before and after we used Beth's services, she has continued to be responsive to questions. She's a great resource for recommending contractors and other professional services, for instance if you need a home inspector or a plumber. We plan on staying in this house for at least another 20 years. But if we end up selling, we'll definitely return again to Beth.

The realtors name was Ely Johnson. He was always available. He answered a lot of questions and he would find me answers if he didn't know it. He was very friendly and professional.

I did not have a positive experience with her. I asked her to come out and look at my house. While she was here, she gave off this negative vibe about my house.

They made the process smooth and were helpful in dealing with the seller' s agent, who seemed a bit difficult to work with. Beth was very patient and courteous when answering our many questions and helped us get a good deal in a great location. She also seemed just as courteous when she wasn't sure if we planned to spend less money than we did, and I feel she treated us well even though the home we bought was pretty modestly priced. We appreciated her advice and also found her to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Beth was very honest and upfront about what we could expect in a down market. She listened to us carefully and gave us plenty of information to make informed decisions about pricing.

We were put off by the fact that she/her stager charges about $500 to consult and ready the house for sale and by the fact that she seemed more interested in impressing with her accomplishments than listening to what we had to say. All other agents we interviewed included staging advice as part of their services. Her literature shows that she is a top salesperson but she refused to tell us how many houses she had sold in our neighborhood in the past year.

Working with Beth was fantastic. My husband and I were both first time home buyers. Beth asked good questions, listened well, and we found a home to purchase in the area we were interested in living. The key things I would say about Beth is that she is ethical, knowledgable, and well experienced in the real estate arena. She's good at the business transaction aspect of the home buying experience, but she's also personable beyond that business transaction. She has been available, helpful, patient, and forthcoming with incidental questions/calls that we have had in the years since we purchased the home. We are planning on using her for when we sell the house down the road and purchase our next home. We recommend her to anyone we know buying or selling a home.

I was going to use their services. I found Beth very professional, helpful, thorough and responsive to my needs just with my initial contact with her. I might use her services but at that time I was going through a real estate company that she suggested. However, they couldn?t refinance my home. Beth was a good listener too. Initially I thought that in order to get the services that I wanted from her, I had to tell her that I was thinking about selling my home. However, through her questions and my responses, she was able to find out what I really wanted with the refinance and that was perfectly fine with her. So I was really impressed with her attention even though she might not have made a commission from me. She very much cares for the people she deals with. I had scheduled an appointment previously and she came to my house one day. It was a real mess on that day and I had to inform her and reschedule the appointment. I couldn?t deal with her on that day. She was really cheerful and asked me to reschedule anytime and told me that she was right in the area. She never did the walk-through to discuss my refinance options in order to get the best from my appraiser which was the service she was going to provide. I just found her to be a really wonderful person to work with. There are chances that I will call her and reschedule an appointment. I would use her services in the future too.

On the phone, Beth was professional and friendly, so we set up a time for an interview. In the meantime, she had a book delivered to my home, which described her qualifications and the selling process. I reviewed the book and met with her in person, 3 or 4 days later. When she arrived at my home, she was friendly and professional. She is a top performer at ReMax Results, selling approximately 85 properties per year. We talked for approximately 2 hours, discussing the procedure for listing a home with her, as well as the services that she provides. At the end of the interview, she asked if I had any additional questions. I asked whether she was going to take measurements of my home (for square footage), provide me with comparisons of other listed homes in my neighborhood and give me an approximate Original Listing price. She said that she doesn't work that way and that she would only provide me with that information AFTER I chose to work with her. This surprised me, as the other 2 agents I had interviewed had taken measurements, provided comparisons and left me with a personally prepared information packet, which was tailored specifically for me. I pointed this out, but she reiterated that she doesn't work this way. At this point, I got the impression that she had more important things to attend to, as she seemed eager to leave. She did not leave a packet of information with me (and I don't believe she even gave me a business card). She states that most of her business comes from referrals, but she won't be getting a referral from me. If someone doesn't take measurements, provide me with a personalized information packet (and an estimated List Price for my home), it gives the impression that I am just a number, which leaves doubts in my mind as to how responsive they will be if I choose them as my Realtor. Beth works in a large office and has a staff, which takes care of many aspects of selling your home. Personally, I prefer to work with an agent from a smaller office, who provides FULL service and makes me think that MY home is one of their top priorities. I decided to go with Judy and Larry McGraw from Edina Realty. They spent approximately 3 1/2 hours with me, were very knowledgeable about my neighborhood, took measurements, gave me comparative information on other nearby listed homes and provided me with an estimated Original List Price.

We have been using her services for the past 12 years. We got a letter from her congratulating on our third-year anniversary getting the house. She called up even though we are not doing any business with her. That is a good sign of a good businesswoman. She is thorough, upfront and told us what's was going to happen. She even told us her role, what to expect and her fees upfront. Most of her statements were true so she was reliable. We saw around 12 houses before we finally got the house. She had told us that we will be starting by the first of the year and by February we would have made the bid. That is exactly what happened. She had a lot of experience. She had a lot of energy and listened to what we had to tell her. We had told her the price range and the type of house that we wanted and she helped get it for us. She is pretty good.
