I asked what the estimate included and as I asked more questions about the estimate it turned out the estimate was for full replacement on some windows and not all of the windows. When I repeatedly asked what the estimate included their response changed. Eventually the estimate was $3,500 more than the original estimate. I felt like they pulled a bait and switch. I would rate the salesman a D, I don't know about the company because I did not move forward with the work.

Great---the window installers were efficient, only here a half day, and they cleaned up everything before they left. The insulation was installed the next week, they lifted up my vinyl siding, drilled holes in the wood siding under it, and blew it in. My house feels warmer---1949 bungalow, I am sure there was nothing but newspaper dust in the walls.

They were very professional and gave a very competitive bid. There are tops on the list when I decide to move forward

The estimate was within the 21-25 range. They were responsive in getting back and giving us the quote. They were very good in all aspects. It was a pleasant experience with them.

No confirmation of appointment ahead of time so unfortunately had to leave note for salesman outside house that unexpected appointment came up requiring me to cancel. Salesman (Mike) was extremely rude on voicemail message regarding his "busy" schedule of 5-6 appointments a day, which prohibited him from confirming with me at least 24 hrs in advance. As this was one of six companies I had coming for estimates, in my opinion, the attention to customer service and consideration was extremely poor and I will not call to re-schedule services from this company any time in the future.

It went quite well. They worked quickly and professionally, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves.

Josh Beissel has done vinyl siding on our house & garage and also redone the windows in the back of our house and some roof repairs. We have used him on several different occasions. He is always reliable, his workers do an excellent and he is always around to make sure progress is going the way you want it. Price is better than average, usually lower than other estimates. I would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with how the job turned out. It is a huge improvement to our home. The roofing crew were very fast and clean. The insulation was a one day thing, they did a great job also. The siding was more of a job, the crew did a great job, but expect this to take longer and is also very messy, but its worth it ! Some of our window screens were damaged, but Josh came and picked them up and had them repaired asap. Josh was very nice to work with.

Estimator's bid didn't include all the desired work. I wanted to limit the number of contractors so I went with someone who could do all.

They were excellent. They did a tear off and came the next day and insulated the walls. I told them I was going out of town and they came the day before I left. They did the attic in three or four hours.

The salesman came, picked us up, and drove us to the company. The whole experience was very, very positive. It was nice that he drove us and was patient with us. When we had chosen the windows, the windows and workers came on time. They did a good job putting the window in and also replacing part of a door. That was not part of their work, but they did it anyway.

Beissel worked out fine. They cleaned up after themselves and did a fine job. They were here quite awhile. They were quite accomodating.

They were very accommodating. The owner actually came out and re-measured all of the windows and confirmed the order that the salesman had done to ensure accuracy. The crew that did the work was very courteous and very quick in getting the job done. They did a good job on the work. I believe that the windows and doors are in good quality and will last.

While doing the project, we discovered a few problems with one of our window sills. We didn't realize there had been some leakage and some eater infiltration under the old siding. They brought that to our attention so that we could take care of the problem while the siding was off. They didn't have to do that; they could have just slapped the new siding on. It wasn't the lowest bid, but we felt more comfortable going with this company.

They are a good company. We found them on Angie's list. The salesman came out and explained all of our options. He really knew what he was talking about. It took one guy a day and a half. He was really nice and very professional. It was a cold day and he switched out the windows quickly so we didn't have to have the windows out for very long.

They were on time and they answered all my questions. We've use them in the past and we would use them again.

An inspection of my home 1.5 years ago showed I needed additional attic insulation.

It was good. He came out and looked at the house. He had a variety of samples of materials that he could use. He called to follow up after the quote.

I thought that Al did a good job. He gave me cost effective advice. I felt that he was honest and knowledgeable. I liked the salesperson that I talked to. They did a good job and I have noticed a difference in my home.

Although they came out right away and were on time, I never heard from them again. Not a word, no estimate, nada. Big waste of time. In addition, since then I have had others look at the same windows who have told me replacing them now is not really necessary and should be done later when the siding will need replacing for a better price on both siding and windows. The Beissel rep. mentioned no such option, even though they too sell siding. I will certainly not be calling them when it is time to get all this work done..

Jeff made a very reasonable bid, and explained the options available. I'm still making my decision.

They did a good job. Some of their crew were dropping heavy boards in our attic. Our ceiling has some hairline fractures now. Overall, they did a fair job.

This was a really tricky job-I had bids from at least 8 companies and Beissel's was by far the best and most honest company I dealt with. Lynda came to my house, measured the space and calculated out what my options were based on the required dimensions. She was able to match the existing style of the house perfectly and the window looks great! My goal was to meet the egress code without having to enlarge the existing hole into the stucco on either side-something another company told me was impossible, but Beissel's managed without any problem whatsoever. The carpenter (Cliff) came out and discussed the work directly with me in a second meeting, in which he was able to explain exactly what needed to be done and how he could do it in the most cost-effective way. The work was done professionally, on time, and they even painted the outside trim for me for no extra charge. I'm really happy with the window and VERY glad I didn't listen to the salesmen from other companies who tried to tell me that a casement could never work in that space.
