Description of Work: We needed to replace two windows in our home and asked Beissel to provide us with an estimate. Lynda responded to our initial request within a day and made an appointment to visit our home, look at the project and provide us with suggestions, etc. within a week of our call. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of the products we were interested in and the qualifications for the tax rebate, professional from the "get go" and provided a rapid response (within a day or two) to additional questions that we had. The bid she provided was detailed, clear and concise. Ultimately we decided to use another Angie's list "A" ranked" company - it truly was a hard decision for us to make and ended up being a flip of the coin because they were both so wonderful in terms of reviews, quality and pricing. We wouldn't hesitate to use Beissel for another project and who knows, it may be sooner than later.

Description of Work: Got an estimate for some work to be done on my windows. The guy did not come out to look at the project. We discussed it on the phone. He sent an estimate, but I decided not to have them do the work because I felt he really didn't want to come out and wasn't too interested in my project.
