Description of Work: I bought my Bernina sewing machine from them. The price was good. The follow up training was great. I signed up for continuing software classes which included a DVD for each class. They have always been helpful when I have had questions. The fabric selection is wonderful. They offer maintenance on the machines. They have many classes which fill up quickly.

 + -1 moreShe has taken the machine back from time to time for different problems that have emerged. It is a sensitive machine and requires more fine tuning. They have been very good and responsive. We could not ask for better service.
