Manufacturer's recommended installation procedures were not followed. Cuts corners, sloppy workmanship. Looking good in the end does not assure the job was well done with this contractor. Leaves messes, bathroom drain was nearly plugged with flooring compounds. Threatened a lein against me when I was not satisfied with his work. I had asked him to redo the work as the manufacturer recommended or give me the option of paying him off and hiring another contractor. He was argumentative and deceptive. We did settle on full price for the carpeting and bathroom tiling that was installed although work is not done to manufacturer's recommendation and there is the risk that warranties will not be good if problems occur. Claimed cracks in edges of floor planking were from shrink wrap. A second opinion was obtained and damage appeared to be from tools used to install flooring. I can send pictures to show the lack of quality in workmanship to validate my comments.

Carpet was delivered on time, installed at my convenience. Great care taken with newly painted walls. Little to no waste. Cleaned up every thing. I needed to vacuum, that's all. Great attitude.
