Tony Hartwig of Avenue I.T. computer services was able to help me with my computer needs. He far surpassed my expectations. He was punctual, helpful, patient and very experienced in technical support. He walked me through what was wrong with my computer and made sure I had a working understanding of the problem. I really appreciated that. Unlike other places I have used in the past, he did not talk 'technical' or make me feel stupid for asking questions. I highly recommend Avenue I.T. and will use them again!
