Austad performed a flat roof replacement. Their bid was right in the middle of four that we got but the estimator, the business owner himself provided the most thorough explanation of how the work should be done so we chose them. The job was completed on schedule, there was a slight oversight, human error but the company responded right away and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. Austad was professional from first contact through bids, construction, clean up and follow up.

Very pleasant to work with. Although a couple of small problems arose, they dealt with them in a timely manner and left us feeling we had made an excellent choice in hiring them. I was very impressed with how clean they left our yard and gardens.

Austad is very professional & I'm happy with their work. I got 4 estimates; Austad was lowest, had best warranty, and was most likely to still be in business to honor the warranty in the future. Dave gave the estimate onsite and provided me with a packed of info about materials they use, warranty, references. I called several references and everyone I spoke to was very satisfied with the quality of their work. The crew was very efficient and hard working. They did a great job on the roof and cleaning up all the debris. They even sent their own inspector out they next day to check the work. Would definitely recommend Austad!
