Good clean up, friendly, no complaints

Had ice dams. They came quickly and were effective. Ice dam removal is expensive but their price was competitive.

this is hard work, the crew that came out and did a great job on the roof, they pickup and moved the tens tons of snow out of way. WOW Dave front office painted great picture of the service that needs to done and how were going to go about it.

Arrive at 5PM and were done by 5:30PM Never have I seen workers shovel so fast. Front Steps and deck and end of drive. 30 mins. Great Staff Dave!

The crew that did the work did not seem to speak English but that was not a problem. They worked very hard and did exactly what I wanted.

Easy to work with on scheduling.

Project delayed twice because crew didnt have roof rake and when they did show up they still didnt have a roof rake and had to borrow mine! Communication issues up front because supervisor was not on site!. Called/texted the supervisor in order to get the work started and then it wasnt communicated clearly to the crew what I expected. Time wasted up front with the crew doing work that was not what I wanted. After communication with supervisor and asking him to tell them what my expectations were they finally got on track but had already ate up over an for the 2 workers. I felt like the supervisor wanted me to direct the workers and they couldnt understand me! Even though the 2 workers got 90% of it done they didnt get it all and that was with me doing all their clean up around the house so they could focus on clearing the roof. Took me over an hour to get all that done after they were done! If the main company is hiring sub-contractors they need to ensure they have the right equipment and either or both communicate with the customer to understand why they are delaying and to ensure the work requested is completed as desired. I will say that the 2 guys that were here did work hard to get my best directions to them almost done but I shouldnt have to do that!!!! Neither of them as far as I could see ever got on top part of the roof so Im not sure how they would have got the work done without using my Roof Rake!!! I would not recommend this service.

They were deceptive about their pricing. I got differing information from two different people I spoke to at the company. I ended up getting 2 hours and 15 minutes of ice dam removal done, but paying for 3 hours. They could have spent the remaining time cleaning up the resulting ice, but they did not. Also, they publicize the fact that two people come to your home, but neglect to say that only one person does the work. The other is there simply for safety reasons.

Happy with the work performed. The scheduling/execution could have been better. We were fluid on when we needed it done and they were great about that. We didn't get the call the day before to be ready for the crew on our roof shortly after 7 in the a.m. The material and dumpster showed up much later in the day and the job turned into a 2 day job. I liked the guys on site, Dave the owner and Steve the foreman(?). But the communication left a little something to be desired. Victor was a great lead on site, very helpful and hard worker.

Gave a good estimate for repairs and made adjustments

They were prompt, stayed in touch when our appointment had to be rescheduled and provided professional estimate. I hired them to do the work and the next day the job was completed by noon!! Great company!! I heartily recommend them.

Gorgeous shingles and many colors to choose from.

Positive experience. Initial estimate on Wednesday. Crew came Friday and roof was completed early Friday afternoon.

Crew was courteous and cleaned up yard at the end of each day. Care was taken to make sure quality parts were used, e.g. metal (not plastic) vents, and that work met code requirements

New roof on house and garage. Completed the project in less time than expected. The work crew was very pleasant to have around the property. Excellent cleanup. Cost was very competitive. Took excellent care of my flowers, shrubs, and berry bushes. I highly recommend this company!
