The entire process was smooth and the end result EXACTLY what we wanted. The sales and service staff were great to work with and demonstrated professionalism through verifying city ordinances through several different avenues, keeping us up to date on progress/start dates/end dates, and helping us to make the right decision for our space. The workers were also extremely professional and did the job efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and even pulled up some lilac bushes for us free of charge which was VERY helpful in our re-landscaping efforts. When finished, Artistic Fence made sure to get the new property inspected by the city and followed up with a satisfaction survey. They are most definitely an "A" company in our book and will recommend them to anyone we know who is looking for this service.

They did an incredible job at an extremely good price. They did the job quickly. I changed my order three times and I could still easily get them on the telephones.

I met with the sales rep who measured the yard and gave me a quote. I also requested information about composite decking for a very small part of our deck that had rotted. The price seemed a little high but I was ready to spend more if it meant that I was getting a good product. It rained all spring and I called after they scheduled to ask them to check the site before sending a crew since the yard was so wet. They agreed that it was too wet to work and rescheduled. When they arrived, the installer confirmed what we wanted and started work. It was done in a day. The composite decking is great and the clean up was meticulous. When I received the bill it was reduced quite a bit. It turns out that the installers re- measured the fence because they thought the estimate was wrong. I was impressed with everything from the sales to the billing.

I compared Artistic Fence's estimate with other, larger fence companies. Artistic Fence was hands down the least expensive for exactly the same service. They were prompt, courteous, and not at all bothered by some last minute changes on my part. I am hiring them again to complete my backyard this spring. Amy has already come out to our house to provide an estimate despite the mountains of snow remaining on the ground.

The lumber was delivered and put into my yard a few days beforehand. It only took 1 1/2 days to fully install my fence. I had to clear away some bushes for the fence installation, and they were even kind enough to haul away the greens. The fence is beautiful - I love it.

Amy came out to give us an estimate and said that we could use the parts of our existing fence that were in good shape. The job was delayed by several weeks because they were out of stock of our picket size and eventually they cut the pickets themselves and did the fence in one day on July 8. My husband showed them where the powerline was and they cut it anyway but repaired it. The crew seemed extremely respectful and professional and worked hard to get the job done in a short amount of time. We opted to paint the fence ourselves and when we went to do it the next day we saw that they had started to saw off the top of a post but left it half done, some of our original pickets were gouged and the some of the new ones seemed nailed on crooked and the pickets were rough at the edges. I called the office to report this and the woman who answered said "well what do you want us to do about it?" I asked that someone come it and take a look at it but no one called back for nearly 2 hours. Joe came out on his lunch break and said that the pickets were at an angle because it was attached to an older fence that had subsided (our neighbor's fence) and that he would return to finish sawing off the post and replace the damaged pickets. He also suggested we just sand off the rough edges before painting and said he would fix one of the gates so it hung more evenly on the posts. It would've been nice to talk to him about these issues before he/his crew left for the day but he was affable and reassuring when he returned. We didn't think replacing the damaged pickets was necessary because we could paint over the gouges but he never came back out anyway. The work was good but workmanship not exactly artistic.

I had Amy come out a few years earlier to look at putting up a privacy fence. I would have gone with them, but my plans changed. Now I have a property with a wood fence which needs replacement, so I asked Amy to come out for an estimate. She showed up promptly and was good about answering all my questions and giving me my options. The bid I received from Artistic was close in price to the other bids I got. The only reasons I went with another company were longevity (years versus decades in employee tenure) and the perception that the materials the other company used were of somewhat higher quality. I probably would not have paid more than I did for the quality I got, but at the same price, higher quality is always good. Maybe Artistic can promote more the quality of the materials they use; otherwise, I would have been happy with the job they did.

Very prompt and they were able to go out and measure it w/o my being there (which was nice because I haven't closed on the house yet). Amy had several good suggestions and their prices were very competitive. In the end, another company was a little bit cheaper, but my experience with them was very good and I would definitely call them in the future for another estimate and recommend others to get estimates from them.

I will call them once I am ready to put up the fence. They came out within a couple of days after I called them. They came at the scheduled time and gave me an immediate quote. The price is definitely competitive compared to another company that I checked.

Our experience with Artistic Fence was pain free. Phone contact was professional and helpful. The representative came to our home and assisted in providing information and suggestions on various styles and costs of fencing, gates, and arbors, and was patient with us over a period of time when we were deciding how to approach the project. Once we settled on what we wanted done, the fencing was ordered and then we scheduled the installation. Installation day was a good day, too. The crew of two arrived on time in the morning and set to work. They were both professional and easy to talk to. They were mindful of the neighbor's property, as well as ours, and tidy in their work. They asked where to put the soil that came out of the post holes, (which was nice since I hadn't been thinking about that) and then piled it where I asked them to pile it. They put the fence panels together, set the panels up, topped them off, straightened everything up along the length of 60 feet and then mixed and poured the concrete around the posts. They did this around existing landscaping on the property line and nothing suffered. When they finished and left in early afternoon we had a beautiful new fence and a beautiful new view. It really looks nice. Outstanding job!

They showed up on Thursday and removed our old fence. They also put in the posts. When I returned home on Thursday evening, I noticed a deep scratch on our new deck. I discussed it with the installer the next day and he said that they would find a solution working with the company from which we purchased the decking. I asked them to haul away a small amount of the scrap materials from when I rebuilt our deck. The installer said it wouldn't be a problem. They installed the fence which looks great. They never came up with a solution to the scratched deck. Instead, their solution was that they wouldn't charge me for the scrap that they hauled away. I am a bit dissapointed in the solution. I believe that they should have told me that they were willing to haul away the scrap, but it would cost X. For what it is worth, I don't believe the deck can be fixed easily, and I understand that the scratch was an accident. The resolution of this issue is the the driving factor in the C rating above. I think I would give them an A in the fencing, but I must consider the overall project and impact on my deck and I generally expect more from someone highly rated on Angies List. I must also say that they were very respectful of our newly installed sod and plants.

We were and remain extremely pleased. Amy came out and gave us several ideas and helped us make a decision. We wanted it to be pleasing for our close next door neighbors as well. It was built on site and we think it is perfect. It provides privacy and is also a nice backdrop for our garden and flower beds. The builder discussed options as he was doing the work. Very nice.

I was pleased with the end result of the fence. I don't know if the price was reasonable or not. They did a great job overall. They were pretty responsive to my calls. I think they could be a little more professional, but I would use them again.

I got estimates from the top three rated companies on Angie's List, and Artistic Fence had the fence that I wanted at a reasonable price. They came out and built the fence, and we only had one communication glitch. The fence that I wanted had an ivy wrought iron panel insert in the middle and they originally could not get the panel that they showed me. We discussed the problem and they were able to work it out. I have been satisfied with their work.

Excellent service from start to finish. Price quote was well below others. Workers were terrific and fast. Fence looks great. We couldn't be happier.

They did a good job from estimate to clean-up.

It all went very well. Amy came to see the gate and perform the estimate. When I asked about other types of fencing, she was happy to show me photographs of other fence styles and some of the other work done by the company. I later scheduled the work to the gate. When the day came, the repairman was on time and very personable and did a nice job of fixing everything. It looks so much better and works so much better than it did before. Nice work!

They did the job above, but they dumped their chemicals on their front lawn, and they left the fence crooked. The supervisor came back to replace the posts in the leaning fence, and it turned out being crooked in a different way after he was done. He also tried to fix the damage his employee caused with the chemicals on the front lawn by re-sodding that area, but it never re-sodded, and I had to fix it myself.

It went fine except for one thing. The project lasted about a day and a half, and they came out when they said they would. The quality of the fences were excellent. They ordered the chain link fence in a four-foot height and it was sent in a six-foot height and that delayed our completion by one day because they had to reorder it. They were very professional and easy to work with.

Artistic Fence sales rep. was punctual and very responsive. She was the only one who followed up with us multiple times. We were originally going to do our project early Summer, but it slipped to late Fall. They honored their original bid, which was the lowest of the three we received.

I called Artistic Fence and I got a call back in a reasonable amount of time from the estimator. The estimator got me the price very quick and the work was performed a few days later.

The job went very well overall. Amy was the salesperson who came out to meet us. She was prompt and professional and had an estimate to us by the end of the day (we did bring out one other fencing company for an estimate and they did not seem as professional/helpful and their estimate was 50% more). A deposit had to be paid before they submitted for a permit. We were called the day they received our deposit to let us know that they were submitting the application for the permit. Unfortunately it took over two weeks for the permit to be received, but they called us right away and scheduled our fence to be installed within a couple days of getting the permit. They were good about keeping in touch with us to let us know where they were at. The fence posts were installed in one day and due to a rain delay the fence wasn't built for 2 more days. We were overall very happy with the appearance of the fence, however, the gate they installed was about 6 inches too short for the old fence. We notified Amy and she agreed. We told them it was no rush to replace, but after two weeks it still wasn't fixed. After one phone call someone was out with 2 days and our gate was replaced. So overall it probably took over one month for the whole project start to finish, but other than waiting, there were no hassles and no mess left behind.

They were great! We had three contractors come out to give bids, and they were the best. They were to-the-point and helped us choose what fence we wanted and had pictures to show. They also could do the job quickly. The day they installed the fence, the workers were polite and professional and took care of us and our neighbors, and they cleaned up after themselves. The fence looks awesome as well!
